This is not 5-star. 3 stars at best. |We came out of season and were drawn by the pool with its slides, the gym and the proximity to the beach and the airport.|Big mistake.|The pool was not open until 2 pm every day and the slides were not operating. The gym has an old treadmill, a bike that doesn't work, and a few weight machines. All are rusty and need replacing. |We arrived in the evening and there was no food to be had. The room talked of a non-existent mini bar and fridge - neither were in the room. There is a file that talks of the room service menu but there was no menu to be found. Phoning reception is not really an option if you are not a fluent Chinese speaker as most of the staff do not speak English and rely on translation apps when face-to-face. There is not much near the hotel and so you would need to take a taxi to get to a restaurant. Luckily I live in China so could order food to the hotel but eating in my room with a plastic fork was not exactly my idea of a holiday. |Speaking of not much nearby, most attractions are a good hour or more away by taxi.|There is a beach nearby but the wind tears down the beach whipping sand at you and the undercurrent is too strong to be safe for children to swim.|Breakfast was good, the room was clean, most staff tried to be friendly but I wouldn't come back.

由於酒店裝修, 被安排入住2樓沒有獨立陽台房間, 是公用陽台, 欠缺安全感, 房間書枱及冰箱都沒有, 需要向前台提出才提供.

The best thing about this hotel was room service. They don't wake you up early or disturb you. Cleaning was top notch. Beach was very close so you can go there daily. Unfortunately the pool was closed and that was the amenity that i was hoping to get in.

Hotel staff was very friendly and can speak basic English. I went early for checkin at 11:45 pm and my room which I booked was not cleaned so room was upgraded to premium room for free where sea view was good and sea can be seen 180 degrees.Beach is just few minutes walk from the hotel. I stayed in that hotel for two nights but mine bed sheets were not changed. There were some stingy strains on the floor nearby bed and also on mirror in bathroom. There was small hole in my bed sheet. There was no refrigerator in the room so I requested them to use hotel staff refrigerator to put my food. Mine air conditioner was not working well so I requested them to fix it and it was fixed. Other then that I had very good experience staying there and I would definitely recommend it to others if they work on negatives when I’ve mentioned above.

酒店工作人员非常友好，会说基本的英语。我晚上11:45提前办理入住，预订的房间没有打扫，所以房间免费升级为高级房，海景很好，可以180度看到大海。海滩距离酒店只有几分钟的步行路程。我在那家酒店住了两晚，但我的床单没有换。床边的地板上和浴室的镜子上都有一些小气的痕迹。我的床单上有一个小洞。房间里没有冰箱所以我要求他们使用酒店工作人员的冰箱来放我的食物。我的空调不太好用，所以我要求他们修，结果修好了。除此之外，我在那里住得很愉快，如果其他人在我上面提到的负片上工作，我肯定会推荐它给其他人。

Stayed with two friends on a girls getaway. The only good thing about this hotel is the convenience to the beach, which is clean and quiet. The hotel itself was also very quiet with very few guests. The front desk assistants didn’t even greet us when we arrived, just shouted to hand over our passports. We booked deluxe suites and it had such a bad smell so we asked to be changed to non-smoking rooms. They changed us to a “ladies only non-smoking” floor but the rooms were below standard with smelly sheets, moldy showers, very dirty bathrooms and floors that you couldn’t walk on barefoot. The hotel pool was closed and all facilities including the restaurants were too. We were woken up at 1am to the hotel room phone ringing and the front desk assistants saying our codes had changed yellow and we all have to quarantine. They insisted that we come downstairs and head off to a quarantine facility. We refused as all of our codes were green and we have all been tested every single day since Jan 2022! The next day, after chilling at the beach, we wander back to the hotel and they run to us yelling for us to put our masks on, while we are dripping wet and clearly getting ready to change and there was not a soul in sight so the aggressive covid protocol was unnecessary, uncalled for and accusatory. The hotel staff were clearly very paranoid to have foreign guests. Given that we were some of the only guests booked in, they made us feel very unwelcome. We understand that Sanya has had a recent outbreak and hotels are cautious, but we had no problems at other hotels during our stay on the island. We were very disappointed with their service and do not feel that this hotel is worthy of a five star rating.

和两个朋友一起去女孩度假。这家酒店唯一的好处就是去海滩很方便，又干净又安静。酒店本身也很安静，客人很少。当我们到达时，前台服务员甚至没有向我们打招呼，只是喊着让我们交出护照。我们订的是豪华套房，房间里有股难闻的气味，所以我们要求换成无烟房。他们把我们换到了“仅限女士禁烟”的楼层，但房间低于标准，床单发臭，淋浴发霉，浴室非常脏，地板无法赤脚行走。酒店游泳池已关闭，包括餐厅在内的所有设施也已关闭。凌晨 1 点，我们被酒店房间的电话铃声吵醒，前台助理说我们的代码已变为黄色，我们都必须隔离。他们坚持要求我们下楼前往隔离设施。我们拒绝了，因为我们所有的代码都是绿色的，而且自 2022 年 1 月以来我们每天都经过测试！第二天，在海滩上放松一下后，我们漫步回到酒店，他们跑过来喊我们戴上口罩，而我们浑身湿透，显然正准备换衣服，但看不到任何人影，所以咄咄逼人的新冠协议是不必要的，没有必要的，而且是指责性的。酒店工作人员显然对外国客人非常偏执。考虑到我们是唯一预订的客人之一，他们让我们感到非常不受欢迎。我们知道三亚最近爆发了疫情，酒店也很谨慎，但我们在岛上住宿期间在其他酒店没有遇到任何问题。我们对他们的服务非常失望，认为这家酒店不值得五星级评级。

Fantastic service and very comfortable. I was looking for a place near the airport to stay away from the city and to be surrounded by nature. I actually extended my stay for 4 additional nights since having the beach across the street is extremely convenient, especially if you like to take dips early in the morning. The boardwalk along Sanya Bay is right there as well; very shaded and clean, perfect for long walks or running. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and the pool was super clean. I will definitely stay here again when I want to escape for short vacations on a weekend!

很棒的服务而且非常舒适。我一直在寻找一个靠近机场的地方，远离城市，被大自然包围。事实上，我又多住了 4 个晚上，因为街对面就是海滩，非常方便，特别是如果您想一大早去泡个澡。三亚湾的木栈道也在那里；非常阴凉和干净，非常适合长途散步或跑步。酒店的工作人员非常友好，游泳池超级干净。当我周末想要逃离短暂的假期时，我一定会再次住在这里！

酒店還不错，距離機場是真的很方便，觀海房角度是真的大，陽台大到200度°……还免费做了升级～服务人员何小姐态度温和认真，相當優秀！值得推荐～

I was very pleased with this hotel! Having travelled around China for about 8 months, I've stayed in several different types of hotels, from budget to classy, but this hotel is at the top of my list. Though pricey (I came during the Chinese May holiday), I felt that it was worth it. The rooms are amazing, modern and very clean (which is hard to find in many Chinese hotels) Amazingly, the beds are soft - again something you rarely find in China - so that was a really nice and unexpected touch. I opted for the "Garden View Room" which gave me a great view of construction and the airport! However, as I wasn't at the hotel for the view, this didn't bother me in the slightest! Everything about the room was great for me!||||The hotel itself is very grand and aesthetically pleasing. Of course this is China so you can't escape the smoking indoors, the spitting and other cultural aspects, but as this is China, I didn't expect those things would just disappear. There are a few restaurants in the hotel: a breakfast buffet and two lunch/dinner restaurants. As with other comments I've read, make sure you hit up the breakfast buffet and get as much as you can because the other two restaurants are pricey and I didn't find their food to be all that appealing. I snuck out breads in my bag with me from the breakfast buffet to serve as my lunch - the staff don't like food being taken out and will apparently stop you, so I did this discretely. The breakfast itself was basic but good. Lots of breads, cereal, yogurt, eggs, bacon, sausage as well as more traditional Chinese breakfast items like rice and noodles and soups. Appealing to all tastes I think.||||The one thing I didn't like about this hotel was how far it was from everything. To get anywhere you had to take a taxi because it was way too far of a walk. But as that is my only real complaint about this hotel, that isn't saying much!! The pool was nice, but not very deep and was ruled mostly by the children! I didn't much care for I spent my time on the deck catching the sun on one of the few poolside chairs. Be aware, there are about 12-14 deck chairs in this entire 300+ room hotel. It wasn't crowded when I was here, so I never had to worry, but I can foresee issues if there are too many people and not enough deck chairs!||||All in all, great hotel to spend a few days of relaxation poolside! Highly recommended.

我对这家酒店非常满意！我在中国旅行了大约 8 个月，住过几家不同类型的酒店，从经济型酒店到高档酒店，但这家酒店是我的首选。虽然价格昂贵（我是五一假期来的），但我觉得很值得。房间很棒，很现代，而且非常干净（这在很多中国酒店都很难找到），令人惊奇的是，床很软——这在中国很少见——所以这是一种非常好的和意想不到的感觉。我选择了“园景房”，可以看到建筑和机场的美景！不过，由于我不是来酒店看风景的，所以这对我来说一点也不困扰！房间的一切都对我来说很棒！||||酒店本身非常宏伟且美观。当然，这是中国，所以你无法逃避室内吸烟、随地吐痰等文化问题，但由于这是中国，我没想到这些东西会消失。酒店内设有几家餐厅：一家自助早餐餐厅和两家午餐/晚餐餐厅。与我读过的其他评论一样，请确保您享用自助早餐并尽可能多地享用，因为其他两家餐厅价格昂贵，而且我觉得他们的食物没有那么吸引人。我偷偷从包里拿出自助早餐的面包作为我的午餐——工作人员不喜欢把食物拿出来，而且显然会阻止你，所以我小心翼翼地这么做了。早餐本身很简单，但是很好。很多面包、麦片、酸奶、鸡蛋、培根、香肠以及更传统的中式早餐食品，如米饭、面条和汤。我认为它能满足各种口味。||||我不喜欢这家酒店的一件事是它离一切地方都很远。去任何地方你都必须乘坐出租车，因为步行太远了。但因为这是我对这家酒店唯一真正的抱怨，所以这并没有说明太多！游泳池很不错，但不是很深，而且主要由孩子们统治！我不太在意，我把时间花在甲板上，在池畔几把椅子上晒太阳。请注意，这家拥有 300 多间客房的酒店大约有 12 至 14 张躺椅。我来这里的时候并不拥挤，所以我从来不用担心，但我可以预见如果人太多而没有足够的躺椅会出现问题！||||总而言之，很棒的酒店，适合住几天池畔放松！强烈推荐。
