三亚湾海居铂尔曼度假酒店

是铂尔曼的回头客了，超级棒的酒店，特别喜欢别墅，性价比很高，这次入住发现每个房间卧室加了地毯，但是感觉加了地毯房间会有霉味。房间的抽湿机感觉有点老化了，建议更新一下，带娃住别墅真的很方便，不用单独去泳池，公共区域也有好几个大泳池，还有专属通道到海边。三亚湾看落日很美丽，拍照很出片！最后还是要感谢前厅部Eva小姐姐宾至如归的服务，每次过来都找她，服务热情周到，贴心，永远都是活力满满，笑容灿烂，下次来还会继续选择别墅入住。

I booked an executive level ocean view room at the Sanya Pullman and it was just lovely. I stayed 9 nights and never wanted to leave. I had great views of the ocean and pools. It was very relaxing to sit out on the balcony. The thermostat worked, so we had great air conditioning, which I've struggled with at other hotels in China. The pool bar was quiet, even though it was a holiday, and we received excellent service in English. I used the gym every day and they provided water and fruit there. The equipment was in good condition - I used the treadmill and weights. I received great support and service from the manager, Eva, throughout my stay. She sent me the restaurant and water park operating times, shuttle bus information, helped me arrange a spa visit for multiple guests at once (I heard many comments it was the best massage they'd ever had, and also provided me with recommendations to local businesses. She even helped me when I wasn't home in time for a delivery. The hotel was very accommodating to provide a room during the May holiday when one of my friend's flights was unexpectedly cancelled - the same room they had was requested, and they were able to accommodate that. I will be back!

What a lovely stay in the quite apar**ent tower of Pullman Ocean View. Thanks to Lisa and Jason Ma who sorted out my booking mistakes and took care of all our requests. We were so satisfied, that we‘re staying a few days more. The breakfast buffet is rich with a lot of choices, both Chinese and Western. The beach is well accessible and there are even sun beds. There are a lot of pools with very attentive life guards. Feels very safe even if a lot of kids are playing in the water. Thanks to Eva who helped us book a few more days.

Very nice hotel, but one which is starting to show its age - furniture is old, chipped etc - but room was spacious and clean. Service could be better - few of the staff looked miserable and not many spoke any English. Lack of amenities in the room (eg razors, USB charging sockets etc) slightly disappointing. The pools are nice and the open air dining options are great. Easy access to the beach, but lack of shopping/dining options within walking distance of the hotel. Overall a decent option in Sanya - would consider staying again.

每年都会来三亚 这次是第一次入住铂尔曼 整体体验很不错 虽然酒店也有些年头了 但是住的很舒服 酒店也有地下通道可以直接到海边很方便！尤其感谢我的管家Nicky 住店期间无微不至的关心 每天都会询问我的需求 非常贴心！退房的时候还给小朋友准备了小礼物🎁很感谢！下次有机会还会来铂尔曼。

We had a big group of 7 people so we stayed at a 3 bedroom apartment with oceanview at Pullman Oceanview Sanya. The view from the apartment is amazing and you can watch sunset and sunrise from all the room balconies. You can even soak in the bath tub and enjoy the breathtaking sea view if you wish too. The service crew was great. The mattresses were old and due for change when we were there so we fedback to the hotel manager. The duty manager responded right away to change out the mattresses to ensure we had better sleep the night after. As an Accor member, there was hi-tea and happy hour at the red sun bar on the 17th floor and the service crew is fantastic. Thank you for the hospitality and we will be back again!

I had a great vacation at the Pullman Hotel. The hotel facilities are nice and most of all, there were many swimming pools to enjoy. And there was a walkway from the hotel to the beach, so it was very comfortable to go out to the beach. It was very amazing to have an elevator in this walkway. A hotel staff Lisa was very kind to me always. She took care of what I needed immediately. One day she contacted her my colleagues to help me looking for a hat my kid lost in the pool and found it. I also could enjoy welcome fruits and snacks enoughly, had great time in the game room on the first floor of the hotel with family thanks to her. I definitely will stay at the Pullman Hotel again next time. Thank you, Lisa!
