Great stay overall. Clean, close to the night market, and helpful staff. However had a poor experience when I tried to access the swimming pool. My Chinese is limited and I did not know you need to wear a swimming cap in order to swim. The swimming pool concierge was rude and laughed at me when I was trying to understand what he was saying. Other than that it was a great stay.

酒店位置超方便，最大的網紅夜市億恒超市，就在酒店對面。房間很好，我們當天住的是海景房，服務員很熱情有禮。

房間清潔乾淨，服務員很有禮貌。位置很好，對面就是恒億夜市。由其經理susan 主動聯絡客人，通知大概可以入住時間，熱情接待。 住過很多同級數的酒店，都沒有遇到這麼好的服務。 三亞的首選 ， good!

這次的三亞之旅入住希爾頓酒店還是一如既往的放心/舒適。接待管家Ella提前一天就幫我升級的房間，到達的時候熱情的準備的接待的鮮花給我太太，還細心的講解了酒店的設施……住房過程中也關切客戶的住房體驗，臨走還親自送上了精緻的伴手禮。這一切都覺得很貼心和用心，值得我們公司團隊學習這種服務態度…下次，我們一定會再來，感謝希爾頓和管家ELLA的熱情接待

My family really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. We were there for four days and were really impressed with the friendliness and service, especially from the pool and activities staff on the 3rd floor. Housekeeping also arranged an extra mattress for my kid so we didn't have to share the bed.Pros: great service culture, clean rooms, small but nice pools, good lobby restaurant, lots of free kids activities, close to airport and night marketCons: nothing really这个酒店很好， 服务很好， 有很多免费儿童活动

This hotel is nice for being closer to the airport especially on your last night in Sanya. The service is good and friendly. They helped us a lot. We got a free upgrade to sea view. Pool is a little small and must wear a cap which is the only I don’t like.

Hilton Garden Inn , it was my first stay in this hotel, July 2022. It is a great hotel. The room is so clean and cozy. There is a TV set, a fridge, a comfortable king-size bed, an air-conditioner in the room. The room is cleaned every day. The hotel administrators are very kind and polite- it`s always nice to contact them for any request. I want to express my special thanks to Lisa as an Assistant director of sales. I got some questions during my stay in the hotel and she helped me solve any problems any time. She was always available, I could call her anytime. Thanks a million, dear Lisa. Wonderful place which met all my expectations. Next time I`ll be staying at this hotel again.
