It’s a beautiful resort with great chef. Didn’t take photos, but we had the best ever chocolate cake here.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The location is about 35min drive from Sanya airport, but we came here to relax for a few days, so, distance doesn't matter to us at all, that's the reason I gave 5 star for the location. If you do need to stay close to Sanya city, you might need to do some further research. The resort provides shuttle bus to the airport and nearby tourist spots, but you need to reserve one day prior at front desk. Swimming pool is big, pool depth is 1.2m. What we like this resort the most is hotel staffs, everyone greeted us with smiles, Daniel at front desk provided many information needed although we checked in after midnight. Ms Li and Jason at Lobby bar served us cookies and juices everyday, again, with smiles all the time. Amy at breakfast dept remembered our preferred seat and drinks every morning, and introduced fresh local food to us. Yuki paid attention to our special need and communicated with manager to arrange hotpot for us, and during the dinner time, Manager Buddy Cai also offered his kind help and brought coconut juice for us. And Simon, Tanya..... I can't remember all their names, but they recognized our Hilton status and made our stay more enjoyable. House keeping ladies(yuzhen and Xiangmei) will leave a handwritten note in the room, which made us feel cared by a friend. All in all, we love this resort, and booked another few days to come back.

Two stars for the large rooms, service is terrible. My room was downgraded during the stay even though I'm a gold member. I will NOT recommend stay in here.
