We originally booked for 3 nights and enjoyed our time in Houhai so much we decided to stay another 3 nights. The rooms are brightly painted and fun. Ours was immaculately clean and the bed was comfortable. It was the “ Honeymoon Suite”. The room rate included a free Hainan chicken meal each every day! This is served at the restaurant downstairs. Staff were relaxed and easy going. No one spoke English but we used translation apps. This hotel is located within walking distance to the beach and very close to the food stalls/night market and shops/ restaurants. Very good value for money.

我们原本预订了 3 晚，在后海玩得很开心，所以决定再住 3 晚。房间色彩鲜艳，充满乐趣。我们的房间一尘不染，床很舒服。这是“蜜月套房”。房费包含每天一份免费的海南鸡餐！这是在楼下的餐厅供应的。工作人员很轻松而且随和。没有人会说英语，但我们使用翻译应用程序。这家酒店距离海滩仅有几步之遥，非常靠近小吃摊/夜市和商店/餐馆。非常物有所值。

This hostel is an ok budget stay. You stay on the first Street with the cars just next to the village entrance. Room is not cleaned during your stay (maybe if you ask, I'm not sure). There is no party noise, but you hear car and street noise. It's walking distance to everywhere in Houhai, very close to the beach.

这家旅馆是一个不错的经济型住宿。您住在第一条街上，汽车就在村口旁边。在您入住期间，房间没有打扫（如果您问的话，我可能不确定）。没有派对噪音，但你可以听到汽车和街道的噪音。到后海的任何地方都可以步行到达，离海滩也很近。

This is a great place to stay. Location is right near the beach and the price is affordable. If you are hungry, eat the Hainan chicken in the restaurant below. It’s great

It’s a good option if you are on a budget and want to still be near the beach. Rooms are ok, shower makes the whole bathroom and toilet wet though. I will stay again for the convenience

Good location. Very clean. All toiletries included. Can be noisy in the morning, coz windows are not sealed well.

not bad, conviently located and access to the westside of the beach in 300+ meters, easy accessible from the main road

Very good location for my short stay, not the best if you don't speak Chinese as I was waiting around for ages just to get my key updated as I couldn't get into my room
