森林客栈儋州两院植物园店

Had a wonderful stay here at Forest Inn, Hainan University! My cousin is starting university nearby and we came to drop her off. Since we had stayed in the downtown before, we wanted to find a place close to campus to experience. This hotel is the best option! It’s right within the campus entrance and easy to navigate to. The front desk concierge’s were very friendly and kind - two of them even took us around on the tour bus to familiarize us with the campus and surrounding area. They even went out of their way and offered to help us unload luggage. Since there was no parking space on move-in day, having the option to drop off saved us a lot of hassle. In addition to campus, the hotel is also located close to a botanical garden, about 15 minutes to the downtown area, and close to shops, stores, etc. Some suggestions: - Wish the pool was accessible as advertised on Trip but it’s now only a kiddie pool. - For longer stays, room amenities should be replenished daily based on number of guests. - I received a rather expensive delivery during my stay and asked the courier to leave it with the front desk as I was out during that time. There was someone at the front desk with a poor attitude who denied that any deliveries arrived and suggested it had been delivered to another location. Luckily, another staff member helped me check and found my delivery. I suggest besides giving guests misleading information, to ensure it’s accurate first.

挺不錯的 很熱情 早餐很好吃， 蛋好像是酒店自己養的雞下的，米粉味道很棒，房間也是乾乾淨淨，走的時候前台親自送我們上車，能感受到人情的溫暖

性价比很高的客栈，居住也很舒适，非常有特色的一家店，十分推荐，早餐也是很具有海南特色的粉，客栈里面也很值得一逛

環境很好很大的空間，服務熱情，還會再選擇的，有停車場和兒童玩的地方，房間衛生也好。

Sade ve temiz bir hotel. Tropik ortamda olduğunuzu umutmamanızı öneririm. Pencereleri kapalı tutun mutlaka. Çamaşır ve kurutma işleri ücretsiz olarak sunuluyor, kendiniz yıkayabilirsiniz. Kahvaltıda Avrupa veya Türk tipi kahvaltı beklerseniz hayal kırıklığına uğrayabilirsiniz. Otobüs ile şehre ulaşım çok kolay. Personel çok ilgili ve misafirperver.

一个简单干净的酒店。我建议你不要希望自己处于热带环境。一定要保持窗户关闭。免费提供洗衣和烘干服务，您可以自己动手。如果您期待欧式或土耳其式早餐，您可能会失望。乘坐巴士前往市区非常方便。工作人员非常细心和热情。
