Best for family trip w children (like theme park hotel) friendly staffs Cons- not 5 star level. Room is small. a lot of defects evywhere (edges, structures etc.) Basic amenities. A distance fr town and shops. maintenance needed. SecureLock is damaged. I put a cup for precaution

酒店超大，很多打卡位，早餐餐廳規模是去過的最大的，幸好當時不是很多人。到附近海花島上的食街，表演場地和燈光秀都很方便。到處也有停車場。

酒店的設施和餐飲非常低水平！不太適合海外的旅客！收費制度太多，環島交通也要付款，島內的商業活動都未成熟，很多商舖都未開業！

Clean and comfortable, everything looks new. Some of the staff are pretty friendly. Buffet breakfast not bad, many choices. Requested for a room to view sunset, was given one but unfortunately during my 3 nights stay the sun was hiding somewhere else. (Lim M K of Singapore)

Absolutely a super photogenic hotel! Wonderful decoration and it's really worth the money we spent. The room was decorated within themes, and super comfortable. Just that there were too many travelers, even it's working day. There were a lot of staff, but not enough at all. Had to queue up for check in&out quite long. But all staff, from bellboys to reception, were helpful.-1 for amenities because there were no fabric slippers and the rubber ones were wet.

We were really excited about the Haihua island but there were many things that let us down. The water park will not open until March and the Castle hotel’s pool is not open until March too and also the room was bit small and had veeery bad smell. The service was good, the girls at the reception desk were enthusiastic and fast.

We spend all day here. Buy the train ticket to see around the main island 60 yuan per person. It's worth every yuan. Breakfast so great and more variety.
