Haikou Marriott Hotel

Overall, my experience was satisfying. However, I noticed that the hotel is in need of some repairs and appears to be short-staffed, particularly with experienced staff. There is a lack of proper maintenance, and the overall condition feels somewhat dated. On a positive note, the building and its surroundings are beautiful. While there is significant room for improvement, I understand that achieving these goals might be challenging due to the current staffing and management issues. The buffet offers a good selection of tasty food, which was a highlight of my stay.

Disappointing Experience with Night Manager - Bed Bug Concerns Ignored I recently stayed at The Marriot Haiku, China and was disappointed with the night manager's response to my concern about bed bugs in my room. Despite my efforts to bring it to their attention, my concerns were disregarded and not taken seriously. During my stay, I noticed suspicious bites on my daughters arm which i thought were mosquitoes. After we checked out upon further inspection i came to realize they were bed bug bites. I immediately reported this to the night manager, expecting a prompt and professional response. However, my concerns were met with skepticism and dismissal. The night manager failed to apologize or provide any assurance that the issue would be addressed. This lack of concern for guest comfort and well-being is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of service and respect. The night manager's indifference to my bed bug concerns left me feeling frustrated, uncomfortable, and unsure about the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

酒店的人员服务热情周到，环境优美位置好，离中免比较近，特别是前台的Miranda非常热情，业务熟练效率很高，又快又好的帮我们办完入住手续。房间相当大，安排的行政海景让人心旷神怡，视野好。早餐非常丰盛，品种很多，也很人性化。行政酒廊环境很好，可以静下来开开心心的喝上一杯，绝对是度假的好地方。游泳健身骑车也很方便，也可以是晚饭后沿着海边走一走。酒店有到免税店的交通车，非常方便。周边比较近的有远大广场，相当成熟的消费圈，饮食娱乐样样都有。

this resort is closed to Haikou convention and exhibition center and not far from Haikou train station by bus G37. Different types of pools were surrounded by tropical garden. Club lounge happy hour was so great to provided fried salmon,ice cream, and other seafood. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

rooms has a wet or chemical smell to it. Your a 4 star hotel, should have some form of dehumidifier. Found a hair within the folded floor towel………location, doesn’t suck but I can understand why people think it sucks, it’s because it is still a developing area. Service is pretty ok for a four star. Doors need repair and it needs to be repainted. Our hot water heater was broken and our weight machine was broken. Overall I would recommend the langham or Sheraton in Haikou

Good service. I’m really appreciated of service mind of staffs here.They managed the room and the service immediately without letting us wasting time.the room and view are nice as well.

硬件太旧了。我可以想象，当这个酒店新的时候会非常好。因为环境和位置都很好，只是他们没有保持高标准。对于这样一个大型酒店来说，员工肯定不够。大多数员工没有接受良好的培训，除了为我们办理入住手续的女孩。李达王（Lida Wang）很有礼貌、聪明、关心人。她绝对知道客人的需求，并且非常好地跟进了服务。其他员工，特别是接待处的那些男孩，他们根本不知道自己在做什么，还问我们一些愚蠢的问题。||||泳池的工作人员有些奇怪。按摩浴缸的维护不太好。按摩浴缸周围有污垢，这真是可惜。酒店可以加强防虫措施，蚊子很多。他们在每个游泳池外面都保留了一池死水，这只会加重问题。这些丑陋的死水真的令人恶心，也不卫生。我可以想象，如果政府要检查的话，酒店在疫情期间可能会遇到麻烦。
