酒店在西海岸，位置最好，从酒店向北，可以直接走到海边，不像别的酒店还要经过一条马路。大堂经过重新装修后明亮很多，前台的服务也很好，特别是王金香，服务很贴心，业务熟练，很快办好入住手续，点赞👍

It’s a great hotel at a very good price. You would pay about three times in Europe for this convenience. The buffet restaurant has very good selection of sushi and fish and meats, and the beer is included. The Chinese restaurant is also pretty good at a reasonable price. If you need a few things for shopping, just go across the street near the Holiday Inn.

酒店位置在西口岸，去騎樓老街比較遠，但如果選擇陽光與海灘的話這裡是不二之選。喜歡酒店有露台，可以望到海景，雖然海景不算全景但也很治癒，令放假的心情放鬆又愉快！酒店前台 小蔡 （ SKY ）熱情有禮，介紹去旅遊的景點和行車時間給我，令我有充足的時間作準備，非常感謝您的幫忙酒店客房員也很細心💖見到我很多細小的護膚品放在洗手間內幫我用毛巾墊住，怕我弄濕了！謝謝客房員的細心體貼。早上經過每一個房間見到客房員時她們總是有禮貌地和我們說：早晨，您好！只是有一點房間設施不夠完美，就是企缸的沖涼房門罅隙漏水，令水滲出地面，出入房間非常不方便，特別如果有老人家就麻煩了！圖8及9 就是沖涼房的門隙縫。酒店水喉出水量很好，床也非常舒適，這個要讚。

The hotel in general is fantastic but my bedroom had little insects and I got bitten or stung by something at midnight. The food was amazing specially the breakfast, quite international and tasty. The hotel had a variety of amenities but many of them are extra paid which is something you're not expecting when you book a 5 start hotel. In any case great for a weekend getaway.

I arrived at the Sheraton Haikou directly from the MGM Grand Sanya, and without a doubt, the Sheraton was a much nicer experience in many aspects. Check-in at the Sheraton (I am a foreign tourist, so I understand there are procedures to be undertaken) was under five minutes, whereas it took about 45 minutes at the MGM Grand, and they could immediately process a credit card payment, whereas the MGM Grand staff had to firstly locate such a machine and then find a second one after the first didn't function. One truly superior feature of the Sheraton is its live music and lobby bar. I enjoyed every second of the multilingual singer and keyboardist, who alternated between English- and Chinese-language songs. This was complemented by the central location of the bar (which allowed for people watching in the lobby) and a relaxing, dimly lit atmosphere. No such central bar exists at the MGM Grand Sanya, where their singers' English-language songs were practically incomprehensible to native speakers, as they clearly must not have been born, raised, or studied in an English environment. The Sheraton has a very lush, tropical tree-filled outdoor walkway leading to the resort's pool and beach that is particularly beautiful at nighttime, and the Breeze restaurant had a wonderful selection of international foods with great wait staff service. Lastly, the housekeeping staff was incredibly efficient, detailed, and responsive.

My family of four, including two kids 2 and 5 years old, visited Sheraton Haikou for two days. The main reason for choosing this hotel was the water slides and variety of swimming pools that I knew my kids would love! After reading some negative reviews here on Tripadvisor, I was little worried but in the end, decided to try as it was only for two nights. When we arrived at the hotel, we were a bit disappointed at first as the hotel seemed quite old and worn out, and there was a long queue at the front desk. But the front desk employees were very efficient so we did not have to wait for long to check in. We stayed at the family suite and the room was actually better than what I expected! It has all these small toys, play tent, running horse and even the toilet was designed for a toddler! We felt very much at home. The hotel appears to be older than it actually is as it sits right on the beach with all these wind and humidity, but the rooms are clean and well maintained.||||The swimming pool was amazing! We visited four of their swimming pools and the kids just loved them! All the slides and water-park-alike design shows Sheraton mainly targets family with children. Some of slides were quite long/challenging that adults enjoyed the ride as well. And the best thing is, because Sheraton has different modes of swimming pool/ jacuzzi, it was not crowded at all. Unfortunately, we could enjoy the swimming pool for only one day as lockdown started from the day after our arrival. Still, I think it was the highlight of our trip and will definitely go back!||||We tried their dinner buffet on first day, and it was quite good. Good value for money (about 168rmb per adult) and great variety of dishes. Kids loved the dessert section with a huge selection of pastries/cakes and ice creams! We tried their lounge on second day, and while the food was decent, the place was a little dark and small. Since many family with children must be coming to Sheraton, it will be nice if they can expand the lounge area or move to more spacious location with better lightings. For couples, the current lounge would just be perfect as it is quite romantic!||||In summary, I would like to recommend this hotel especially to family with children. I also would like to thank Hanks from the guest service for all his help in making our stay more enjoyable, he speaks good English so it was nice to have him! Also thanks to Tim, the restaurant manager, for the great food and service. We will be back soon 😊

洒店房間空調不夠冷，房間潮濕，房間很不乾淨，前台換的房間沒有滿足我之前定的小孩可以玩的開心的感覺！換了間更差的房間，小孩不喜歡。自助餐小孩吃的品種也很少，食物不新鮮。

A really lovely hotel in the heart of Haikou. Really nice spring baths and pool. The rooms were also glorious with great views of the fireworks on the beach.

位于海口市中心的一家非常可爱的酒店。真的很漂亮的温泉浴场和游泳池。房间也很漂亮，可以看到海滩上的烟花美景。
