Really good - very solidly built, spacious, spotlessly clean rooms. Its a quiet area, but the food is really good in the hotel. Huge breakfast. A great stopover after a flight before travelling on to the rest of the island. I would definitely stay again.

The rooms were beautiful and large. Lots of space to store your luggage. The bed was very comfortable and I had a good sleep. The food in the restaurant was pretty good. I had some fried rice and stirred fried vegetables for dinner. Both dishes were very tasty. In addition, the staff were extremely helpful. I had to fill out apps due to the Covid situation and even though it took a little bit of time they didn't hesitate. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood but not far from the ocean and about a 15-20 minute taxi ride to downtown. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing vacation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton by Hilton hotel in Haikou, Hainan for two nights in April. 房間還好，但旁邊不知道是小學還是幼兒園，一大早就很吵，隔音很差！早上九點去吃早餐，大部分東西都已經被拿完了，但沒有即時補充，看到有住客和服務人員說，服務人員卻一直說在準備了，不要急，要一樣一樣慢慢來。這麽大的酒店，一個早餐都準備不來，不趕時間的還好，趕時間的難不成要一直等你慢慢一樣一樣補充食材嗎？真的很差勁！

位置比較偏 但是也算是安靜 隔壁是個幼兒園早上有一點點吵…住得高其實就還好…前臺 餐廳 打掃衛生的阿姨都很親切 有困難即時幫忙解決符合希爾頓該有的樣子…日月免稅店班車是有的…免稅城的班車要去洲際…附近的華彩廣場也挺多吃的…總體來說算是不錯的…

Nice hotel, comfortable beds, friendly staff, good service. Fine price/quality ratio. Located away from downtown but in our case, close to where we needed. Nothing to complain about☺️
