Haikou Meilan International Airport Hotel

The only reason why we booked this hotel is because we had a very earlier flight, and the hotel is directly reachable via Meilan Railway station. The hotel is also near a “shopping mall” to do last minute souvenir shopping, and there’s like a food court nearby. So location is 5 stars! At one glance the room looks spacious and okay, but there’s a cockroach looking creature flying out suddenly and when underneath the bed frame, and the toilet seats and the shower floor looks a little stained. I think the room light is a little dull even when all the spot lights are switch on hence not really giving a bright and clean impression. Nonetheless the super huge bed looks clean and white!Personally felt that service was not up to standard of what one would expect from a 4 diamond hotel. Checked in around 6pm and there were 4 staffs standing at the counter but only 1 attended to the 3 guests queuing to check in (maybe it’s not their job to do check in?). Later the night wanted to ask about the bus shuttle service timing and the guy standing at the information counter just replied in a frustrated tone - “look at this timetable”. As it is our first time here we don’t know where is the pickup point and we asked where is the pickup point to which he just reply “this level”. We had to look around and point to the nearest entry and reconfirm is it there. So service aspect could have been friendlier. Amenities wise it’s pretty standard. Toiletries were great. 4 bottles of waters provided. 2 pairs of slip ons and 2 pairs of rubber slippers. Oh not sure what’s wrong with the aircon, set 23 degree yet it’s still making us sweat in the night. Usually I would feel freezing cold in this temperature.All in all, an ok experience to have somewhere to stay to catch an early flight.

我们预订这家酒店的唯一原因是我们的航班很早，而且可以通过美兰火车站直接到达酒店。酒店还靠近一个“购物中心”，可以在最后一刻购买纪念品，附近还有一个美食广场。所以位置是5星！乍一看房间很宽敞，还不错，但是床架下面突然飞出一只蟑螂一样的生物，马桶座圈和淋浴地板看起来有点脏。我认为即使所有聚光灯都打开，房间的光线也有点暗淡，因此并没有真正给人明亮干净的印象。不过超大的床看起来干净又洁白！个人觉得服务达不到四钻酒店的标准。下午6点左右办理入住，柜台有4名工作人员，但只有1名工作人员照顾排队办理入住的3位客人（也许办理入住不是他们的工作？）。晚上想询问巴士接送服务的时间，站在问讯处的那个人只是用沮丧的语气回答 - “看看这个时间表”。由于这是我们第一次来这里，我们不知道上车点在哪里，我们问上车点在哪里，他只是回答“这一层”。我们必须环顾四周并指向最近的入口并再次确认它是否在那里。所以服务方面本来可以更友好一些。设施方面，这是相当标准的。洗漱用品很棒。提供4瓶水。 2双便鞋和2双橡胶拖鞋。哦，不知道空调出了什么问题，调到了23度，但晚上还是让我们出汗。通常在这样的温度下我会感觉很冷。总而言之，有地方住以便赶早班飞机，这是一次不错的经历。

Decent hotel and convenient to the trains and airport. Rooms are a bit of a mix bag - we initially had one that smelt heavily of smoke (even corridor smelt that way) but staff was very kind to switch out rooms for us when we’d asked. There’s a chauffeur service available where the lobby is - best to agree an all inclusive price (time, fuel etc) and what’s covered otherwise they might try rip you off. We’d agreed on a price but staff had cheek to ask for tips after day was done when we’d used the service for a shorter time than agreed.

不错的酒店，去火车站和机场都很方便。房间有点混杂——我们最初住的房间闻起来有很重的烟味（甚至走廊都有这种味道），但当我们提出要求时，工作人员非常友善地为我们换了房间。 大堂提供司机服务 - 最好同意全包价格（时间、燃油等）以及承保范围，否则他们可能会试图欺骗您。我们已经商定了价格，但工作人员在一天结束后厚颜无耻地向我们索要小费，因为我们使用该服务的时间比约定的时间短。

酒店很方便，從機場T2走10分鐘就到，找去T1的牌子就可以。房間很舒服，也衛生。給了六支水，也有免費檸檬茶及汽水。附近也有商場可以吃早餐，很滿意!

The room that we got was full was cigarettes smell. Praised the front desk service that they immediately changed the room for us after we flag out that and even has a room got upgraded. After changed, the room still have cigarettes smell when aircon is on. So doesnt recommend to the traveller that cannot stand with cigarettes smell. Other wise, all are good

Room is very nice and the beds are very comfortable. But the check in counter staff can not understand much English. The airport shuttle bus service is very good and leave as per scheduled time.

Located in Haikou Meilan International Airport. You can walk to the hotel via corridor about 10 minutes. You can find food and souvenirs from nearby outlet. The room is big, neat and clean. There is free shuttle bus from hotel to Terminal 2 However, there is smoke in the room

The hotel is well linked to the airport. Free shuttle to Terminal 2, be sure to ge there early to secure a seat. Hotel amenities are child centric as we have booked a family room. Room service is quick too. Only downside is having only 1 check-in counter.

酒店与机场交通便利。前往 2 号航站楼的免费班车，请务必尽早到达以预留座位。酒店设施以儿童为中心，因为我们预订了家庭房。客房服务也很快。唯一的缺点是只有 1 个登记柜台。

Hotel, room is very clean and looks new. Breakfast variety is good. Excellent location to both airports (T1 & T2). Reception counter staff are very courteous, friendly and helpful.
