This hotel was truly amazing! I got the honeymoon room and can’t believe it! Huge soft round bed. Enormous bathroom with huge shower and claw foot tub. Also a great desk area to work. Service was amazing! They didn’t speak English which is fine cause she immediately asked for my WeChat and we could talk this way using the translator. Anything I needed such as ice to the room I just sent a message and it arrived. It was better than so many 5-star hotels I have stayed in! If I am ever in Haikou again I won’t hesitate to return. Great value!

这家酒店真是太棒了！我得到了蜜月房，简直不敢相信！巨大柔软的圆床。宽敞的浴室配有巨大的淋浴和爪足浴缸。也是一个很棒的办公区。服务很棒！他们不会说英语，这很好，因为她立即要了我的微信，我们可以使用翻译器这样交谈。我需要的任何东西，比如冰块，我只要发一条消息就到了。比我住过的很多五星级酒店都好！如果我再次来到海口，我会毫不犹豫地回来。物超所值！

Wanted to just stay in a newer hotel as service and facilities are not really known in Haikou. This one opened April 2017, with zero information and even baidu street view has a image of it halfway built only.||||Luckily all taxi drivers actually know the address 26 Guomao Rd, so just tell them that and maybe tell them its near a KFC.||||Arrived at 12.30pm, check in for this hotel is a generous 12pm but as I booked it the night before, they did not have my room ready. The manager instead gave upgraded my room so I could check into one immediately.||||Unsure if there are non smoking rooms but there was no smell since it is so new. Aircon is extremely powerful, essential for Haikou. Bed and pillows are very fluffy, in fact quite soft. Wifi is strong throughout.||||Toilet has rain shower with strong pressure. Has a see thru glass but a blind can be rolled down from the outside.||||Road traffic can be heard, mostly from the horns of the scooters.||||Other than the manager, service is your typical cold steel efficiency. English is probably not usable here. Breakfast buffet is good for Asian palettes only, egg and noodle live station.||||Many clubs with live bands and djs within 10 minutes walk. Also a Mac, KFC and Starbucks within 5 minutes walk.

Pros:||Hotel location is great, walking distance to shopping district and restaurants.||||Cons:||No control on the aircon as the whole room is humid.||||Hotel service is poor. One of the hotel servant is rude that thought one of us did not pay for breakfast. We already made sure during check in that the additional pax is free cause he is less than 3 years old. Without any clarification with the front desk, she confronted us to pay. Though it is verified that we are right, it leaves us with bad impression on this hotel.

This hotel is a scam, they promise to refund us money when we return the key card, but petty hotel didn’t want to refund us our check in feeBecareful maybe because of poor business they try to scam touristThey didn’t dare to face my camera

This is the 4th time I have stayed at this hotel. the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. location us great.
