海口希尔顿酒店

First time visiting Haikou for a family trip and it was excellent! First of all, the hotel generously upgrade my basic room to a fabulous 1 bedroom Oceanview suite for our stay. The overall hardware of the hotel are well maintained and the room has washlet installed, which was great! The executive lounge was excellent as well, they literally served steak in the HH session!||Separately, I would like to thank Gary, who helped me to check in and other requests from us with very polite and professional attitude (he even offered to personally assist us using his WeChat account). He learned that it was my family trip and then arranged this fabulous ocean suite for us. To be honest, the service he provided was top notch considering my experience with more than a hundred Hilton properties over the years.

This time, staying at Hilton was different from the previous ones. Because the room is calculated based on the number of people (usually, they don't care about the number of people, and one room must include breakfast for 2 people). I made a mistake in the reservation. Special thanks to the reservation team florance and breakfast buffet restaurant host (tall lady, working on 31 Aug morning around 8-10am, my apologies forgot her name) for your enthusiastic arrangement and solving my problems, which made our trip so perfect. The hotel provided top notch service, very friendly and helpful all the way through.||Upon arrival, we were greeted by a beautiful fruit basket. The buffet at the hotel provides a great variety and delicious - my son even gained some weight during our stay. ||Location is convenient to businesses and scenic areas, where one can taxi around easily.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! Apartments are very large, luxurious, and finely decorated. Fully equipped by washer, cooktop, microwave, and a hottube in my bathroom. The food is impeccable, and the attention of the staff to the details of presenting everything is amazing. Location is also perfect, close to park and the beach. Prices are affordable!! I highly recommend it!

这次宿舍的服务真的非常好！因班机延误导致没办法当天入住老板娘人很好一直跟我说没关系还给保留到第二天才入住让我很安心房间也很舒适

第二次入住這裡，這一次入住服务尤其满意，房间干净舒适，管家Gary服务非常满意，安排了欢迎水果，景色好的房间！需要用餐，帮忙预约餐厅位置。真正感受到了熱情和周到。就連負責房間打掃的唐海麗和梁珊珊大姐都很熱情細緻。 下次和家裡人來海口度假還會住這裡，到時候請Gary再幫忙預定適合全家人的公寓房試試看。

Our family studio room is spacious & comfortable. Hv washing machine, microwave and mini kitchenette. Check in was swift but rushed even though there was no other guests. Didnt realised it was an indoor pool which was part of a club house. Staff there werent friendly. Rudely told us that we can only dip in the jacuzzi pool cos we do not hv swimming cap. Could hv told us that the jacuzzi pool was spoilt so we dont have even have to go in. Both the 3 attendants made us feel like we are intruding.
