Very dark lighting in the swimming pool with no lines. Sauna is good. Dining hall and self-service restaurant offers a great variety of food, perfect breakfasts! Wiring in the shower cabin could be more safe. Also some mold could be found in the shower area of the swimming pool. Goods at the convenience store are overpriced. The territory outside hotel is ultra nice!

1. The AC doesn’t work well and we were just burning the whole night. 2. There is a unpleasant smell in the whole room3. The service sucks. On arrival, the front desk gave us the wrong room and they did not bother to check with us. Instead of the queen bed, they gave us the standard room with two simple beds. 4. The hotel failed to provide any ice so we couldn’t enjoy our own champagne 5. They failed to give the hard pillows as we requested. 6. There is a big bug crawling in the hall on our arrival. 7. The windows are so dirty 8. All the juices are lies. Apple juice turned out to be water. Overall, one of the worst trip experience we have ever had.
