Hampton by Hilton Wuhan Qingnian Road

This is a neat, stylish and clean hotel. The bedding is very comfortable. The hotel is nearby a shooping mall, 天街，which is convenient for the traveler to have meals. It takes few minutes to access the metro station.

这是一家整洁、时尚、干净的酒店。床上用品非常舒服。酒店毗邻天街购物商场，出行吃饭方便。到达地铁站只需几分钟。

Is amazing to have ahuge pillar right in between the window.. the water pressure in the shower is low. Their room rate is high among the Hilton or similar standard hotels.

窗户之间有一根巨大的柱子真是太棒了……淋浴的水压很低。其房价在希尔顿或同级酒店中属于较高水平。

酒店位置方便附近有許多餐廳，酒店裝修新淨。check in 職員有禮有效率，還有小機械人送東西到房間，加快效率也提供住客私隱。 房間寛闊整齊，是次入住非常滿意，往後出差也會入住同品牌旗下酒店。

It was my second time staying in this hotel but it is far disappointed on the service this time. Location-wise the hotel is good, room and facilities conditions are still in good shape, its 5min walking distance to Fanhu metro station and there is also the Paradise Mall next to Fanhu station. There are some shops, bar and club underneath the hotel open air mall.The service was poor this time, we checked in at 2pm without heavy traffic at front desk, as we staying for 3 nights so requested for a higher floor, staff told me no ordinary room available at higher floor but one available with a pillar inside the room, but since the room was dark after seeing then I requested to change to another one, then I was arrange to one with strong cigarette odor, at the end only until the 3rd room would be good but its already almost 4pm, I just wonder why the room couldn't provided at first place.The second incidence was about DND, we for sure pushed the DND button before we left and came back the DND was deactivated and the room was cleaned up, we felt it was ridiculous as we didn't lock up anything in our room, and there isn't any safe inside the room. Luckily the 2nd night Overall the hotel hardware is good at this point but hope the staff could be trained up to handle situations. For instance, when I called and said the room has strong cigarettes odor and would like to change the room, the front desk lady insisted to ask clean lady come up and handle, I was thinking how the cleaner could handle the situation? then clean lady came up and saying to open window and door....I was speechless and call to front desk again before the guy who helped me checked in answered and ensure next room (3rd room) would be good.

这是我第二次入住这家酒店，但这次的服务让我很失望。 酒店位置不错，房间和设施条件都还不错，步行5分钟就到番湖地铁站，番湖站旁边还有天堂购物中心。酒店露天商场下面有一些商店、酒吧和俱乐部。这次服务很差，我们下午2点入住，前台人流量不大，因为我们住了3晚，所以要求更高的楼层，工作人员告诉我高层没有普通房，只有一间房内有柱子，但看到后房间很黑，要求换一间，结果给我安排了一间烟味很重的，最后才到第三个房间会很好，但已经快下午 4 点了，我只是想知道为什么第一间房间不能提供。第二个事件是关于 DND 的，我们在离开之前肯定按下了 DND 按钮，回来时 DND 已停用房间被打扫干净了，我们觉得这很可笑，因为我们没有在房间里锁任何东西，房间里也没有任何保险箱。幸运的是，第二晚总体来说，酒店硬件目前还不错，但希望员工能够接受培训来处理这种情况。比如，当我打电话说房间烟味很重，想换房间时，前台小姐非要让清洁小姐上来处理，我就在想清洁工该如何处理？然后干净的女士走过来，说要打开窗户和门……我无语了，在帮我办理入住的人回答并确保隔壁房间（第三个房间）会很好之前，我再次打电话给前台。

這是我們疫情之後第一次來中國旅行，對於電子支付系統不熟悉，櫃台人員小宝刘小姐，很有耐心的幫助我們，使我們對於国內服務非常贊賞，下次也會入住希爾頓歡朋

Room was great, very clean, well appointed and very new. The location is also great,close to everything, breakfast was also good. Got upgraded due to Hilton Gold Member, however really no other recognitions. Unfortunately, the service was the let down, reception staff showed no interest, no eye contact, no communication, didn’t tell me where is the restaurant opening hours, inclusions of my room and worst didn’t even tell me where is the lift to get to our room.

房间很棒，非常干净，设备齐全，而且很新。位置也很棒，离一切都很近，早餐也很好。由于希尔顿金卡会员而获得升级，但实际上没有其他认可。 不幸的是，服务令人失望，接待人员没有表现出任何兴趣，没有目光接触，没有沟通，没有告诉我餐厅的营业时间在哪里，我的房间包含什么，最糟糕的是甚至没有告诉我电梯在哪里去我们的房间。

The hotel staffs are so nice and I enjoy a lot. Strongly recommend this Hampton inn in qingnian road
