態度很好，就是房間非常悶熱。空調不給開啟，前臺很願意協助，給我們一台風扇通風，雖然還是很悶熱，但勉強能夠將就。

服務態度不錯，有問題馬上幫我們解決。唯一美中不足是不能開空調，房間超級悶熱，開了窗也沒用，幸好最後給了風扇，勉強可以度過一晚。

I stayed here for 7 nights - on the 18th floor, I have stayed here previously too. Same floor and same room. The floor was very quiet, so it was easy to do business conference calls, work on contracts on the pc and rest whenever required. There is sufficient packing space for a long stay. Rooms are clean and serviced daily. The bed was large and comfortable. The hotel reception area is well equipped and quick to book in and check out. The coffee/bar on the lobby floor is also good although, the coffee is quite strong. We had the opportunity to attend the Karaoke/KTV on the 4th floor, they were exceptional with service and the selection of English songs was relatively good. There are plenty of good restuarants offering local dishes and I must admit that even though the restuarants may not look like they cater for good food, I have been delighted at the quality and care that goes into preparing lunches and dinner. A good tip for mainland China, is eat lunch before 2pm, as most restuarants do not serve lunch after this.||In addition, the back plate of my iPhone was cracked. It was replaced in less than an hour. Convenience gets a thumbs up from me.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. Rooms are spacious and relatively clean. Adjacent to a park with several miles of running/walking trails. Hotel has an on-site gym but it does not open until 9:30 am which is not very convenient. Breakfast is good and serves western and Chinese foods. I have only tried to restaurant at night but was not impressed. Hotel is convenient to shops and restaurants. Wifi is awful, spotty and slow. Not very reliable.

I've stayed here several times over the past few years. The last stay was a few days ago, and I was very disappointed. Firstly it's a hotel which is permitted to receive international guests - but they did not accept international credit cards! The reception blamed it on the bank/credit-card provider etc but that's just not on. I had to go withdraw a sizable amount of RMB to pay for the room. Plus, the receptionist had the cheek to tell my (local) colleague to put the deposit for my stay on his credit card - who were they to assume that it's something we're OK with, or, that it's their place to say something like that? It's also the only hotel where I've been told by room service, that they'd first check if I had sufficient deposit before proceeding with my order..!! Finally, the reception staff messed up the arrangement with settling my room bill (cash vs. credit, etc.) and showed us how unhappy they were to serve us. The rooms are getting on - still spacious and reasonably appointed but otherwise nothing great. Strangely, housekeeping left a used glass on my table unwashed for 3 nights... ||Furthermore, the room service menu - particularly for a large city in China today - was abysmally basic and limited. I will not stay here again; there's a newer hotel in Jingzhou and there's no need to limit oneself to this one.

I only stayed overnight and was in late, but this seemed an OK hotel. It doesn't see too many foreigners I have a feeling, but was OK. The bed was very firm, which I liked, and it seemed very clean, with some amenities. ||||Breakfast was included for little extra.||||There seemed to be a lot of extra nightlife available at the hotel, whether at the KTV nightclub on the 4th floor or the healthclub/sauna on the 5th floor. ||||I did not try.||||They also dropped off some complimentary fruit to me upon checkin. That was nice.

我只住了一晚而且很晚了，但这似乎是一家不错的酒店。感觉没看到太多外国人，不过还好。床很硬，我很喜欢，而且看起来很干净，有一些便利设施。 ||||含早餐，费用不高。||||酒店似乎还有很多额外的夜生活，无论是四楼的KTV夜总会还是五楼的健身俱乐部/桑拿。 ||||我没有尝试。||||办理入住时他们还送了一些免费水果给我。那太好了。

Good local 5 star hotel in Jingzhou. At RMB350 per night. It's good value. ||Large comfortable room with most of the amenities a business Traveller will expect. ||A few minor things to improve the hook behind toilet door is more than 6 ft high, which is not a comfortable height. The label|On the Shampoo dispenser is upside down. |Overall, exceed expectations.

荆州当地不错的五星级酒店。每晚350元。这是很好的价值。 ||房间宽敞舒适，配备商务旅客所期望的大部分设施。 ||需要改进的一些小事情 厕所门后面的挂钩超过 6 英尺高，这不是一个舒适的高度。洗发水分配器上的标签|颠倒了。 |总体而言，超出预期。

Was on a business trip but luckily had a weekend to spare.||||The hotel is good, definitely a 4 star. Rooms are huge and the lobby is impressive too. Walking distance from the main market street and right behind a seemingly beautiful lake.||||I had the fortune of a friendly local colleague who took me to real nice (hidden gems) places just 5 min drive from the hotel. The food was good at the hotel and in general in Jingzhou. Do try the hongkong restaurant on the 25th floor. Distance from airport is an unavoidable negative!||||Compared to many other 'modern/big' cities, i felt Jingzhou still 'had it'. The weather was great too in November (slight chill + rainy) yup thats how i like it!||

出差了，幸好有周末空闲。||||酒店不错，绝对是四星。房间很大，大堂也令人印象深刻。步行即可到达主要市场街道，就在一个看似美丽的湖泊后面。||||我很幸运，一位友好的当地同事带我去了真正不错的（隐藏的宝石）地方，距离酒店仅 5 分钟车程。酒店的食物很好，在荆州总体来说也很好。一定要尝尝 25 楼的香港餐厅。距机场的距离是不可避免的缺点！||||与许多其他“现代/大城市”相比，我觉得荆州仍然“有它”。十一月的天气也很好（微冷+下雨）是的，这就是我喜欢的！||
