Crowne Plaza Ezhou, an IHG Hotel

Very bad experience. As a Platinum card member, I expected a free upgrade, but it took several twists and turns to obtain membership. It was my first time in Ezhou, but I encountered several obstacles despite sufficient room availability. The front desk staff seemed inexperienced, and the room wasn't cleaned properly. After check-in, I discovered that the toilet paper hadn't been flushed. Additionally, the welcome drink for Platinum members was only given to one person which I only requetsting sparking waters employee shows me what they are available obviously I can see the sparkling water in the refrigerator, give me hard time, seems like welcome drink for member is water only, When my wife and I checked in together, as a 10-year member of InterContinental, this experience was very disappointing.

非常糟糕的经历。作为白金卡会员，我本来期待免费升级，但几经周折才获得会员资格。这是我第一次来鄂州，尽管房间充足，但我还是遇到了一些障碍。前台工作人员似乎没有经验，房间也没有打扫干净。入住后发现卫生纸还没冲。另外，白金会员的欢迎饮料只给了一个人，我只要求了苏打水员工向我展示了他们提供的东西，显然我可以看到冰箱里的苏打水，让我很难受，看来会员的欢迎饮料是只提供水，当我和妻子一起入住时，作为洲际酒店的10年会员，这次经历非常令人失望。
