房間不錯，寬大，環境很安靜，特別早餐非常豐富！但是服務品質上存在問題：比如，房間沒有看到茶葉，所以我們見到書桌上擺了兩小包茶葉（並未明示需付費），我們打開用後，卻被告知每包要收20元錢；人多飲用水不夠，叫服務生上一瓶水，要收一瓶的錢，錢雖說不多，但說明華天這樣的星級酒店，服務水平和服務意識都存在問題。收到電話，我們與前台服務員小劉聯繫，她服務態度很不錯！聽到我們反映的情況反映後，她即向經理匯報，酒店也隨之妥善處理好了，我們也還滿意！

This was the first time I tried a Chinese branded hotel. Hua Tian is a local Hunan chain that was recommended to us. It turned out to be a good choice, with very clean and well appointed rooms. My husband loved the slippers so much that when we left he lamented about how other hotel slippers were nowhere near as fluffy. Breakfast was included in the rate and it turned out to be a decent mix of Chinese and Western, though the Chinese breakfast was larger and better quality than the Western. Great location on the main shopping/entertainment street.

这是我第一次尝试中国品牌酒店。 华天是一家湖南当地的连锁店，是别人向我们推荐的。 事实证明这是一个不错的选择，房间非常干净且设备齐全。 我丈夫非常喜欢这双拖鞋，以至于当我们离开时，他感叹其他酒店的拖鞋远没有这么蓬松。 早餐是包含在房价内的，结果是中西式的混合，虽然中式早餐比西式早餐份量更大，质量也更好。 位于主要购物/娱乐街的优越位置。

Spent months in China and the Huatian Hotel is an average upscale chinese business hotel. Value for money is quite good, location as well. The only thing really missing: there is not ONE english tv channel, not even cnn or bbc! The gym could also be improved (one old machine, no barbells, just turnmills), but these are just longstay problems i guess....decent hotel with room to improve for western business customers.

在中国呆了几个月，华天酒店是一家普通的高档中国商务酒店。性价比还是不错的，位置也可以。唯一真正缺少的一件事是：没有一个英语电视频道，甚至没有 cnn 或 bbc！健身房还可以改进（一台旧机器，没有杠铃，只有转车），但我想这些只是长期住宿的问题……对于西方商务客户来说，这家不错的酒店还有改进的空间。

Comfortable stay and wide range of food. Good housekeeping and the most comfortable hotel in the city. It is worth enjoying the breeze from the clean environment. Clear wide street is worth for a walk.

住宿舒适，食物种类丰富。良好的客房服务和城里最舒适的酒店。值得享受干净的环境带来的微风。干净宽阔的街道值得散步。

Rude and disrespectful staff at the reception, total absence of effective communication … well I don’t recommend it at all .

接待处的工作人员粗鲁无礼，完全缺乏有效的沟通……我根本不推荐它。
