常德鼎城福捷希尔顿花园酒店

I'm Hilton Honor member and a regular customer to stay in Hilton group of hotel. Checking in tonight and I asked concierges help to send luggage to room. The bell boy not even helping to move my luggage to the luggage trolley.,i have to carry myself. Then, To my surprise the bell boy ask for payment after send the luggage to door step.|This is the 1st time stay in Hilton that the concierge ask for payment. |I am shocked with the service level and quality provide by Hilton!|After that I feedback to front desk, front desk told me this is the standard practice! When I complain a bit more, front desk said they can't control as they are only front desk, not able to manage concierge!!! What the point having front desk that do not take feedback??? So surprised with Hilton quality had dropped significantly now

This hotel is not suitable for foreigner on the business trip unless you have locals colleague with you as the stuff is not able to communicate in any language bu Chinese. There was only one person from the stuff who was fluent in English but she was only on morning shift. No dining service available at this location and only few family restaurant nearby within walking distance. Breakfast is quite good with good, local style. Location is residential district of the city within 20-30 minutes car drive to the center. Not much to see around hotel except lake and residential district. Must have rental car to move around.

这家酒店不适合出差的外国人，除非你有当地人同事和你一起，因为酒店的员工不会用中文以外的任何语言进行交流。队里只有一个人能说流利的英语，但她只上早班。该位置不提供餐饮服务，附近步行即可到达几家家庭餐厅。早餐相当不错，有当地风格。位置为城市住宅区，距市中心20-30分钟车程。除了湖泊和住宅区外，酒店周围没什么可看的。必须有租车才能四处走动。

入住时的各项服务都满意，偶遇的卫生大姐都点头问好。吃早餐时，厨师在忙，服务小姐很有眼力劲，直接抄勺帮忙煮面。||co后落了双沙滩鞋，前台专门打电话说要邮寄给我，因为是本地的酒店，所以自己去取的。第二天拿到时拖鞋被塑料袋包好，外面还套了希尔顿的纸袋，同时还问我昨晚睡得可好，很感动。||第三天，欢迎积分一直没到，打电话到前台，前台让我联系官方客服，官方处理完后，前台还给我电话回复确认。

This hotel is outside downtown. Peace of mind. Spacious , extremely cooperative staff , enough parking space
