特别特别好的一家民宿，房间很大，离景点很近老板人也很好，民宿里面的饭菜也很好吃。民宿里面养了一只阿拉斯加，特别热情的一只小狗。

This guesthous has proved to be a godsend to us! |Well-situated, among the mountains, only a ten-minute walk from the Zimugang gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park (it's important to note, that this gate is relatively uncrowded). |Stylish interior design, clean and spacious room with conditionair and, what we realy enjoyed, comfortable beds with heated blankets (very important for me, as a person who always feel cold). There is a cozy lounge zone where we had a very nice time. |Nourishing breakfast and also, optionaly, tasty and cheap dinner with very big portions. Comfortable transfer was also available for affordable price.|Most importantly, this place is very special due to its warmhearted staff. All the personnel is nice. | Popoeye, a lovely puppy dog is the cutest, it was love at first sight :). Anthony was always in touch and ready to help (even a birthday cake with candles for our friend was prepared), he helped us to plan our leisure from the beginning to the end. |We felt us as welcome guests or even as an old friends! And we really regret that too little time was spent there. |We want to thank the team of Mountainside for fantastic atmosphere they created to make our vacation unforgettable. |We sincerely wish them good luck and prosperity to their business!

A great place to relax! Great location in the middle of the mountains, just ten minutes walk from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quite spacious. A simple and nutritious breakfast is included.| The Mountainside team was very friendly. Anthony speaks English and helped us plan our experience from start to finish. He was in touch all the time and was always ready to help.| But the main miracle of this place is the charming dog Popeye! You fall in love with him at first sight❤️

We enjoyed staying at Mountainside. Rooms are very clean with daily housekeeping. Anthony and crews looks after us group of 6 people very well. We enjoyed the daily breakfast which were huge portions of toast, dumplings, fruits, coffee and tea, prepared only when we were ready to have our breakfast. Prior to the trip, they helped us making arrangement for airport pick up/drop off and local tours, without which we would not know how to get around. One of the night our tour came back 2 am in morning and they still in high spirit ensuring we enjoyed it. The property was within walking distance to the entrance gate to Yuanjuajie. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, shops and also there is a foot massage shop. Also we enjoyed the company of Popeye too (his dog)

First time staying at this hotel.Very clean and comfortable, heated beds (which is important if it’s cold outside). Check in very quickly, there was fresh fruit as a welcome compliment. The guys at the hotel are very friendly, caring and patient. They try to help with any questions. They speak good English, which is very important in Chinese hotels. Special thanks to Anthony for his care and patience. There is a very nice dog living in the hotel and if you love animals this will be a pleasant bonus.

I travelled to Zhangjiajie with family in February 2024 and we were delighted to stay at Mountainside. Anthony and his team were fantastic hosts and made our stay very enjoyable from our lovely room to care and service provided to us whilst we were there. Nothing was too much trouble. Anthony was so helpful in organising our visits to the National Park and even accompanied us on some of our adventures. We had great breakfasts and dinners. We were very grateful to have our hosts extensive knowledge of the area and we had an amazing time. We loved the puppy Popeye too! We highly recommend this property and this location.
