Best Western Plus Hotel

It's a nice hotel, it's clean and big with a convenient area and variety of choices in the morning breakfast. The location is just in the small town of Zhangjiajie, with shops lots included in a convenient store, foot massage, dining area and etc.. The hotel is near to the Zhangjiajie mountain, just 5 mins' drive.

这是一家不错的酒店，干净、宽敞，位置便利，早餐有多种选择。位置就在张家界小镇上，商铺林立，有便利店、足疗、餐饮区等。酒店靠近张家界山，仅5分钟车程。

Minus 1 stars due to the worst toilet&shower design...how can you put a see thru toilet next to bedhead!!! A toilet door and shower door open to hit each other!! Wash sink is out side and too small too put anything on top... The rest is so well but only this corner design really turn it off...

负一星是因为最差的厕所和淋浴设计......你怎么能在床头旁边放一个透明厕所！ 厕所门和淋浴门打开互相撞！！ 洗手池在外面，太小了，上面不能放任何东西。 其余的都很好，但只有这个角落设计真正让它关闭......

酒店未落實禁菸，禁菸樓層有供煙灰缸而且排風差其他房間抽煙會有味道到房間，走道都菸味。 房間熱水不穩定

Can’t find this hotel on trip advisor to contribute. The one on TA did not have the same address as the one we stayed in. Overall a good clean and comfortable stay. Centrally and conveniently located on Main Street. Best western standard worthy in China. 👍

The hotel is not well designed. No writing table, walls are thin, TV is difficult to us ....

酒店设计不太好。没有写字台，墙壁很薄，电视对我们来说很难......

5* địa phương! Ok hơn so với các KSan khác tại Zhangjiajie, nhưng chưa chuẩn theo quốc tế, nhưng vẫn khuyến khích cho 5*

5* 本地！比张家界其他酒店好一些，但达不到国际标准，但还是推荐5星

Weird toilet design. You still can see someone taking poop or showering from outside. The rest are OK.
