Very cosy family-run hostel and good sized rooms. The highlight is the personnel; very welcoming from the first moment we booked, they helped us out with the hiking itinerary of the park as well as with booking taxis and other services. Incredibly helpful. Highly recommend this!

Amazing place with superb service !! ❤️ English speaking 🤩 Comfortable bed and room with necessary amenities. Has hot water for shower ❤️ Super convenient location , literally next to Wulingyuan bus station and 1 km to Wulingyuan East Gate., can walk everywhere. Can't praise enough how great service are. You just have to be there and the hotel can plan the recommended scenic route , what to do , where to go. They can even buy discounted park ticket for you. Just don't forget to set up Alipay or Wechat pay before the trip ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Very friendly and hospitable host. Clean room that is right next to the bus station. Host helped me buy tickets and explained how to cover each day in Zhangjiajie. Helped buy cheaper tickets too. Most impressive helped to arrange to transport my luggages to the train station. Everything is fuss free. Highly recommended.

非常友好和好客的主人。房间干净，就在公交车站旁边。房东帮我买了票，并讲解了张家界的每一天如何度过。还帮忙买了更便宜的票。最令人印象深刻的是帮助安排将我的行李运送到火车站。一切都是无忧无虑的。强烈推荐。

Overall not bad as nearby with bus station and very convenient with foods and groceries. Initially booked family room but the end can’t have it due upgrading is in progress .

总体来说还不错，因为靠近公交车站，食物和杂货也很方便。本来订的家庭房，最后因为升级中，没能订到。

Highly recommended to stay at this homestay. The homestay owner provides good guidance on route to take when taking on the national park, which can be complex.They also sell tickets with discount....

18年国庆的时候去的张家界，刚下火车那会给酒店打了电话咨询了乘车的路线，很细心的告诉我们具体应该怎么走。酒店的位置真的很方便。很容易可以找得到。在这边要说的是国庆的时候人真的很多。炒鸡多的人。但是我们很幸运的是可以找到一个好的酒店可以告诉我们具体哪天走哪部分的景点。出发的时间都跟我们规划好了，我们在国庆的时候完美的错过排队的高峰。酒店的房间都是实木的装修，卫生很好，洗手间空间比较大。最后还要谢谢前台的服务员帮助我们预定景点的门票。有时间还会住这家酒店。

Great location on main road in Zhangjiajie. Aircon & WiFi available.||Shower separated from toilet. Adequate toilet paper provided. Limited toiletries (in small pack: useless; MAKE SURE YOU BRING YOUR OWN).||Small towels only (no large towel provided), only 1 towel changed overnight.||Kettle available, but no coffee/tea in room. No breakfast in hotel.||2 chairs (although uncomfortable) and a desk. Lovely shelves and hanging area. Balcony with nice views.||Washing machine (use free of charge) available on upper floor.||No elevator; my room on 3rd floor.||Limited English at front desk. There appeared to be a tea area with seating downstairs, but I was not told whether I was allowed to use this.

Heres the thing. In Winter in Hunan its cold but our room was provided with an extra duvet and the room heater worked well. The room Itself was great, roomy, all Chinese wood and a fantastic big 4 poster bed with netting. It felt very old world..and kung fu movie....great experience||the lassie on the reception was really nice especially as we arrived really early in the morning. She went out of her way to help me out...i left my phone...idiot tourist...and she posted it back to me..superstar.!!!||The people of Hunan are friendly and they sing a fair bit too..i had a fab time...they very cheery.||Wuling yuan is a great little town. The hotel is fairly close to the park entrance. It also has that bar front on the river to explore and a main shopping street.||As for the park..what to say....Amazing. The glass bridge is a must but for me the best thing was the cable car through those|floating mountains...do that ride..its floaty mountain dazzling.||Wulingyuan .....Wo ai ne
