软件硬件设施也都蛮好的，房间空间还可以，将近二十多平方吧，通风采光方面你可以过去和服务人员说嘛，可以找一些面向好一点的房间，房间有宽带，网速也可以的。位置出行也蛮方便，靠近市中心，如果自己没车的话打车四五分钟就到了，地铁没有，因为常德属于一个二线城市嘛，但是酒店那边也有计程车的。装修大厅也蛮豪华的，色调是那种金黄色的，客厅那边有一个专门接待客人的小客厅。他们那边住房的话是免费发放两份早餐卷的，种类也蛮多的，就是自助的。

它稱 國際大飯店，但是一點都不像國際大飯店，先說大廳好了，既沒有任何燈光也沒有開空調，又煙味十足，真的非常糟糕！！！||領了房卡後，才發現電梯只有一台，而且拿個行李就超重...最後只好扛著行李走樓梯去房間...||到了房間後，更傻眼的是，浴室居然沒有浴簾，所以洗個澡還要擔心水會不會淹到房間內...||然後我們住的房間是靠近馬路的，所以非常吵

硬件和软件设施都挺好的，房间内有电脑，配的是有线宽带，玩游戏啊都没问题的。服务员素质很高的，挺热情的，你进去之后挺热情，礼貌打招呼。环境很好，假山、喷泉这些都有，出行都挺方便，公交、打车都有的。开车过去的话也行，属于室内的停车场，可能有上百个的。

建议客人们不要住亘立贵宾楼，大堂差得要死，又在大马路边，会吵死，睡眠质量特别差！旅行社和导游千万别订这里，要不客人投诉起来就真的完蛋啦！亲们，这是我的肺腑之言，一定要牢记哦，切切。。。。。

酒店服务一般，饭菜偏淡，房间硬件设施不够完美，管理细节不够细，周边配套设施简陋，环境较差、周边餐饮点少，旅游景点较远。

We were booked to stay here as part of our Zhangjiajie national park trip. The organizers of the trip informed us that this was the only hotel we could get at short notice. The rooms were dirty. I travelled with a group and everyone was dissappointed with the cleanliness of their rooms. My room still smelled of cigarettes. There was no wi-fi access. The only English TV channel available was CCTV english news channel. Internet use had to be done by cables as there was no wi-fi at the hotel. And although you weren't charged extra for internet use, you had to rent out an ethernet cable. The choice of foods at the breakfast buffet was very limited and dissappointing. Otherwise hotel staff were helpful.||||Location-wise the hotel is located at a high street and so there are many shops (selling clothes, souvenirs, mobile phones, cameras) and restaurants in the area. But I didn't find any bars at the high street or at the hotel.||||We stayed at this hotel as our launch pad to the Zhangjiajie national park and indeed it was only a 10 minute drive away. As such, we spent virtually the whole day out and about glimpsing the spectacular views at national park, the stay at this hotel did not really dampen the mood.

This hotel is generally OK for a scenic area. Although rated well, the reception is horrible, staff there more concerned about their own activities in stead of serving hotel guests.||||It's about 500m from the entrance to Wulingyuan and a short taxi ride away. Set in the middle of a shopping area, it has an older wing and a newer wing. We stayed at the newer wing because we paid more for the room.||||Comfortable, clean, good hard beds but the weird thing is that they never replaced the Water Closet porcelain cover, it's open to view the innards of the flushing mechanism.||||A decent breakfast and cold, unfriendly lobby waits you as you walk into the hotel.

The hotel itself is quite old with dark corridor. We went there in winter but the air conditioning of the room are very poor. The room is very cold, we cannot sleep well. The shower is not stable. Hot water sometimes could not be provided.||||Fortunately the bedroom is clean.

酒店本身很旧，走廊昏暗。我们是冬天去的，但是房间的空调很差。房间很冷，我们睡不好。淋浴不稳定。有时无法提供热水。||||幸好卧室很干净。
