阳光酒店

Hotel maybe 5 stars long ago, is showing its age. Design, lighting etc looked old. Shower was good and hot. Breakfast buffet decent.

酒店可能是五星级的，很久以前了，已经显示出它的年代了。 设计、灯光等看起来很旧。 淋浴很好而且很热。 自助早餐还不错。

This hotel was OK as far as amenities but I gave it 2 stars because many things in the room were broken.  Only the handheld shower head turned on, not the overhead rain shower. The shower leaked water into the toilet area, the light on the vanity mirror was broken. Most annoyingly, the air conditioner only turned down to about 24.5° and would not go lower. We were so hot at night trying to sleep. Other than those things the room was quite comfortable, especially the bed. Staff were also very friendly. The breakfast was OK.  If you are looking for the western options at the buffet, they had fried eggs, bacon, sausage/hot dogs, fresh fruit, cheap coffee, and sliced bread. The Chinese breakfast options were plentiful.

这家酒店的设施还不错，但我给了它 2 星，因为房间里的很多东西都坏了。  仅打开手持花洒喷头，未打开头顶花洒。淋浴间漏水到卫生间，梳妆镜上的灯坏了。最烦人的是，空调只调到24.5°左右，而且降不下来。晚上我们很热想睡觉。 除了这些之外，房间很舒服，尤其是床。工作人员也非常友好。早餐还可以。  如果您正在寻找自助餐的西式选择，他们有煎鸡蛋、培根、香肠/热狗、新鲜水果、便宜的咖啡和切片面包。中式早餐选择很丰富。

應該算是張家界比較大的酒店，但是就實在太舊了 大堂的燈也好似太暗了，但浴室的防滑墊又黃又污糟 而感覺房間的地毯也比較污糟。好處是床也舒服 職員也有禮 每天供應的水也充足

優點：房間很大很舒服，大堂也很漂亮，早餐用餐環境不錯，里面的米粉好吃缺點：地理位置稍偏，服務人員服務態度比較參差不齊，五星級酒店標榜有乒羽館健身設施但卻所有球類都要收費，另作為一個五星級的酒店房內吧台一堆貼上價碼需付費消費的東西卻只有三瓶水是免費提供的～感覺不是很好～

The service was great, the moment you walk into the lobby you are instantly wowed. The staff were very helpful👍

服务很棒，一走进大堂就被惊艳到了。工作人员非常乐于助人👍

We just stayed for one night. The breakfast buffet was decent. The room adequate and clean and the balcony enjoyable. There is no bathtub or pool or hottub in the room.

我们只住了一晚。自助早餐很不错。房间宽敞干净，阳台令人愉快。房间里没有浴缸或游泳池或热水浴缸。

Good hotel and friendly staff. Got a room on 9th floor with view of the mountains. Due to Covid and less tourists, pretty empty and we could also tell by the limited breakfast choices (food otherwise good though!). Fast wifi and clean room, good location!

良好的酒店和友好的工作人员。订的是九楼的房间，可以看到山景。由于新冠疫情和游客减少，这里相当空旷，我们还可以从早餐选择有限看出这一点（不过食物其他方面都很好！）。无线网络很快，房间干净，位置好！

整體入住感不錯，房間很大很舒服，早餐也還可以用餐環境也不錯，里面米粉好吃推薦～但地理位置稍偏比較不方便
