通达国际酒店

In February this year we stayed here for one night. Our room was 8803. The room was not big but spacious enough for two people with simple furnishing. The beds were comfortable for a good night rest. There is a store at the corner of the hotel's ground floor selling everything from bottled water to jewellery. We bought a city map there for souvenir.||Happy Travelling!

今年二月我们在这里住了一晚。我们的房间是8803，房间不大，但是对于两个人来说足够宽敞，家具简单。床很舒服，可以睡个好觉。酒店底楼拐角处设有一家商店，出售从瓶装水到珠宝等各种商品。我们在那里买了一张城市地图作为纪念品。||旅行愉快！

对这家酒店的总体感觉挺好的；比如装潢环境、服务也挺好的，没怎么留意装饰这块儿。房间里的配套设施还好，卫生条件还是挺好的每天都会打扫房间卫生，这家酒店的地理位置还好，交通还可以打车便捷度也还可以。提供了免费的早餐，对这家酒店的整体印象很好，这家酒店的空调不是很好；还有阳台感觉小了。采光度也挺好的。

The hotel is situated near a freeway but there is a supermarket across a very busy road. The bathroom was good with all the usuals e.g. hairdryer. However, don't be deceived, the toiletries aren't free nor are the maps in the room. ||||We didn't go to the laser show but many of our group raved about it. It was quite expensive - we suspect there may have been a few middlemen! There was a less than pleasant smell from the plumbing in the bathroom.||||There were tea making facilities but no coffee with free wifi - an open network but we had no success sending emails.||||Virtually no English at reception. Breakfast was a bun fight with lots of local tour groups.

酒店位于高速公路附近，但一条非常繁忙的道路对面有一家超市。浴室很好，有所有平常的东西，例如浴室。电吹风。不过，不要被欺骗了，洗漱用品不是免费的，房间里的地图也不是免费的。 ||||我们没有去看激光表演，但我们团队中的许多人都对它赞不绝口。它相当昂贵——我们怀疑可能有一些中间商！浴室的水管有一股不太好闻的气味。||||有泡茶设施，但没有咖啡和免费无线网络 - 网络开放，但我们无法成功发送电子邮件。||||接待处几乎没有英语。早餐是和很多当地旅游团的包子大战。

Staying in this hotel is one of the reasons why you will love Zhangjiajie. The room and interior is clean and elegant. The staffs may not in English but is very prompt and take initiative. The breakfast is sumptuous and delectable. Very accessible and near the airport, but having said so, the airport noise is audible.

入住这家酒店是您爱上张家界的原因之一。房间和内部干净、优雅。工作人员可能不会说英语，但非常迅速且主动。早餐丰盛可口。交通便利，离机场很近，但是话说回来，机场噪音还是听得见的。

First of all - this is not the International hotel as NOBODY from the staff is able to speak English, NOBODY. However, in the reservation it was promised that staff of the hotel speaks English and that actually was on of the main reasons of choosing this particular hotel. ||However, the main completely shocking situation happened in the hotel lobby when we just arrived. One of the native citizens (who had not lived in the hotel and so should not be able to come inside from my point of view) ran into hotel lobby and had started waving his hands at us and threaten us (two female travelers), the hotel staff had not reacted at all, even when I asked the reception staff to call the police multiple times, nothing was done. From my point of view, this is simply not acceptable. Therefore, it is completely not safe to stay there. Actually, the staff of this hotel is the most unprofessional staff I have ever meet in my life. This hotel was a nightmare.||||Unfortunately all the information stated about this hotel on the booking websites and in our reservation as well is not true:||||1. the ability of reception staff to speak English (NO ONE SPEAK ENGLISH THERE).||Because of it we had to hire English speaking guide not for the excursions, but to communicate with the hotel staff and to have the taxi. One little remark- tourist guides in this provincial town cost like in the cetret of Paris or Rome.||||2. the driving distance from the airport (NOT 5 MINUTES AS WAS LISTED ON MOST BOOKING WEBSITES, BUT AT LEAST 20 MINUTES, this leaded to the significant difference in the price for taxi every time). One little remark- taxi drivers are very rude and aggressive and do not turn the meter on even if you argue, so be prepared to pay very high prices to reach the hotel from airport as well as to reach the city center from the hotel||||3. the free airport transfer was also promised in our reservation (WE HAD NOT RECEIVED THE TRANSFER, HOWEVER WE ASKED, WE HAD NOT RECEIVED EVEN A TAXI)||||4. continental breakfast that was (WAS MISSING, THE FOOD WAS NOT EATABLE||THERE AND THE PLACE WHERE THE BREAKFAST TOOK PLACE WAS COMPLETELY DIRTY, and did not meet the sanitary standards). Once again, International hotel, really?||||5. the hotel staff tried to charge from the credit card amount that was twice bigger than the amount stated in the reservation (I know about the deposit system in China, but this was not the case)||||6. the hotel is listed as a 4 star hotel (in reality hotel is positioning even as a 5 star hotel, but do not trust this, this is even not a 2 star hotel)||||7. the area around the hotel is not safe, especially in the dark||||8. the wi-fi was very poor, it was almost impossible to use internet||||Of course, after such terrible experience I will never recommend to stay in this hotel. Unfortunately, here is no possibility to put zero mark, so I have to put 1, but this hotel is not worth it.

服务各方面还是可以的，热情周到。周围的地理位置蛮好的，环境也蛮好的，他自己就是靠在河边的，在房间内既可以看见河，酒店里面还有一个小花园。酒店的早餐还行，品种也比较多，每个人的口味不一样，他好像每种口味都有，都还行吧。房间的空间大小还可以了，挺大的了。装修装饰我觉得可以了，但是也没有那种很豪华的。卫生什么的也可以了，交通也是挺方便的。房间的隔音还是挺好的。

酒店里面的保安措施比较好，因为是张家界的武装部开的酒店，住在那里感觉比较放心。里面的设施还可以，装修比较商务化，他也是一个四星级的酒店，每年都会翻新，换新的被子和地毯。停车场比较大，比较宽敞。价格也挺合适的，相对来说要比其他酒店好一点。餐饮也就一般，品种比较多。

如果开车过来的话有停车场,但是面积比较小。服务态度一般,我感觉不到他们的热情度。房间里面的装修比较温馨,从色调上能看的出来,床上用品比较舒服,房子看着比较新一点,我住的那间没有提供电脑,不过有的房间有提供。里面有提供一些娱乐设施,像KTV、足浴、咖啡厅什么的。
