Great place. Absolutely fantastic. We didn’t have a room with a perfect view but we had an amazing room nonetheless and was surrounded by the beautiful mountains. And the clerks were amazing. Truly helpful and friendly with everything. If you’re travelling talk to the taxi drivers (provided you can speak Chinese) they can help you organise a lot better than any travel agent as they know the city. And this was amazing advice the clerks also confirmed.

好地方。绝对棒极了。我们没有一个能看到完美景色的房间，但我们有一个令人惊叹的房间，而且周围环绕着美丽的山脉。店员很棒。对一切都非常乐于助人和友好。如果您正在旅行，请与出租车司机交谈（前提是您会说中文），他们可以比任何旅行社更好地帮助您安排行程，因为他们了解这座城市。这是一个令人惊奇的建议，店员也证实了这一点。

在元旦的時候來的，淡季人不多，基乎是包場的程度。工作人員也不多，但都很有禮貌。-酒店很華麗，雖然有點歷史了但還是打理得很乾淨。房間很大很漂亮。酒店有管家主動聯繫，會給你景點攻略和代訂門票，也會因為天氣給你點建議，例如能見度低晚點再上山比較好。-但是散客得慎重 ！酒店比較偏，附近是沒外賣能到的。除了在酒店餐廳吃之外，只能去市區吃了。敲重點！！車也不好打，我都是前一天預約車的。

Our flight was cancelled and only rescheduled a day later, we decided to stay at this hotel for its luxury amenities and facade. We were very wrong to book a room at this hotel. This hotel looks luxurious but it is far from it. The hotel is falling apart and many of the advertised amenities do not work or are suspended. We specifically booked a room at this hotel to spend the day at the pool only finding out the next day that the pool opens at 2pm and we are supposed to check out at 3pm. Also the room and bathroom fixtures are breaking off and the hot water wasn't working when I wanted to take a shower at 10am. Also the inside of the hotel was blistering hot as they do not turn on the air-conditioning in the hotel lobby, restaurant or corridors. The room air conditioning was also atrocious we put the room temperature on the coldest but it didn't really work. The breakfast was also very low budget as the selection was very limited for western pallets. The view and location of this hotel looks amazing but do not be deceived by the facade as this hotel is terrible. DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel is going out of business and you will only waste your money.

The place was nice, cleaning staff were friendly and courteous. But had Difficulty finding transportation to attractions area.

Hotel was very good and prime location just perfect, easy to explore all the tourist spot. Such as zhangjiajie forest national park, tianmenShan, baofeng lake, Grand Canyon. Hotel have a amazing swimming pool you can enjoy the evening after a tiring day. Gym was awesome with latest technology. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful, they have upgraded our room to premium suite. Special thanks to Cici..Breakfast buffet was full of so many different dishes very tasty.

It's a very large and nice hotel. The rooms are large and spacious, though the staff don't speak much English, they were very helpful nonetheless. It's close the national forest park, and not too far away from the station. Breakfast is nothing special, if given the option, I'd prefer not to eat.

这是一家非常大而且漂亮的酒店。房间又大又宽敞，虽然工作人员不会说太多英语，但他们仍然非常乐于助人。离国家森林公园很近，离车站也不太远。早餐没什么特别的，如果可以选择的话，我宁愿不吃。

This was our second stay at this resort for this trip. We came back to spend an extra night because our flight was canceled. Overall, my friend and I had a great stay here! We were welcomed back to the hotel by the evening staff whom were able to help us swiftly, and with a smile. I would especially like to mention Ying, Qin, Jin, Ya, Yan, and Yao Zan. They were super friendly throughout the check in process and made our stay that much more wonderful. Breakfast in the morning was a decent sized-buffet with the option of sitting outdoors over-looking the lush green trees. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Unfortunately, the pool was not opened during our stay, and a notice about that would have been appreciated upon booking. We had a nice stay nonetheless!
