Not foreign tourist friendly. The hotel has a many good things going for it. It's located in quieter part of town away from noisy downtown and very close to train station and Tianmen mountain cable car. Taxis are very affordable. Rooms were designed to resemble 4* experience and price is quite reasonable, however that's where positive ends. Workmanship presented in completing rooms is really bad, drawers don't fit cabinets, sink installed 15 degrees of horizontal plane, caulking smeared all over, shower door missing. It seems that no maintenance has been done ever since completion. Communication was a major issue as reception staff does not speak a world in English which is to be expected for most of the China, however I would expect better for such touristy destination. Staff at Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie Forest Park did much much better. Google Translate was indispensable. Despite that, due to miscommunication we ended up being over charged for the room.

A best stay in Zhenhjiajie. Hotel was very clean. It was also very near to Tianmen mountain cable car station.
