Hotel was old and have two buildings. The room was antique but the amenities was complete. Service was nice for this standard but the food was not that good so we just eat to fill in

酒店很旧，有两栋楼。房间古色古香，但设施齐全。对于这个标准来说，服务很好，但是食物不是那么好，所以我们只是吃东西来填饱肚子

一般，它这个地理位置还可以，但是就是那边吵。因为它那个是金融市区的主干道，晚上很晚了还有车来来回回，在它附近吃饭的话还蛮近，购物的话要走十来分钟吧。蓝天大酒店它的后面倒是有个停车场，但是不是很大。它的价位好像还不是很高，但是服务一般，给我的感觉吧，就是说我进去的时候，因为它那个酒店毕竟不是很大，给我的感觉服务也跟不上。这个酒店房间的布置也是很普通很普通的，环境也不是很宽敞的那种，也不是很窄的那种，一般般吧。它的设施设备都是旧的吧，视觉上有点不太好看，用起来也有点不舒服的。房间的采光度的话，靠临街那面还可以，通风也行，但是靠后面的话采光度就不怎么行！整体的卫生一般般，还是有一些死角没有做好，比如说卫生间，它那个是那种马桶式的么，给我的感觉它那个马桶不是很干净。这家酒店是不提供早餐的。

酒店装修的很不错，而且也挺干净的，主要是被罩特别干净。房间的温度还不错，空调也比较不错，当时天气比较冷，所以空调让人感觉挺温馨的，房间的空间挺大的，将近20平米，挺宽敞的，还有沙发。内部的设施很不错，大沙发很舒服。酒店的灯光感觉比较暗，不知道是为了节电还是怎么的，不是很亮，是比较普通的灯，不是日光灯。酒店的周边比较偏僻，所以不是显得太好了，不是属于在市区，打车是比较不方便的。酒店的饭菜做的也挺不错的，好像赶上了酒店大联欢还是什么，饭菜做的很不错，种类也很多，要什么有什么。

We stayed here for 2 overnight stops on our way to & from Fenghuang. Despite the hotel's grand shining lobby, our room on our first night was very scruffy, with dirty carpet and lounge and a general run down air. Many of the usual amenities found in a 4star hotel were missing. There was no complimentary bottle of water, only priced bottles, no tissues, an empty minibar, although there were 2 teabags beside a newish electric jug and there was a hairdryer in the bathroom. The slipppers, even tho in a plastic wrapper, had a dirty brown mark on them. When the basin was used to wash underwear, soapy water flowed out of the waste pipe below the basin all over the bathroom floor. The thin towels were a delicate shade of dirty grey. The free internet did not work. At breakfast, the buffet had a wide choice of Chinese dishes, but some of the heated chinese dishes were only lukewarm. Recognising the hotel catered for Chinese (even though it says it welcomes foreigners from all over the world!) we accepted this as there was limited fresh fruit, bakery items and coffee with evaporated milk for us. What we did mind was that the tablecloths and placemats on the tables were filthy, with food scraps and slops still remaining from previous diners. ||On our second night a few days later, our guide had explained we were not happy with our previous room and requested a better one. We got one that was far, far worse. It had clearly not been cleaned since previous occupants. There was hair, cigarette ash & scraps on a carpet even dirtier than that of our first room. The internet in this room did work though!!! On complaining about the dirt, our guide was shown another room that was no better, with mould round the bath & a broken drain in the bathroom floor, & then a third room was offered, which was acceptable. Carpet was clean, bathroom had no mould & towels white & less worn. The internet did not work here but 2 technicians quickly arrived & after some difficulties did fix it. If we had had this standard of room first of all on both occasions, we would have happily accepted it, knowing that as we were a bit off the Westerners' main tourist trails we were not expecting luxury. There is very limited English in the hotel and we were lucky that we had a guide to voice our complaints. Anyone thinking of staying here would be well advised to check the room carefully before staying.

我们在往返凤凰的途中在这里住了两晚。尽管酒店的大堂金碧辉煌，但我们第一天晚上的房间却非常破旧，地毯和休息室很脏，空气也很差。四星级酒店的许多常见设施都缺失了。没有免费的瓶装水，只有标价的瓶装水，没有纸巾，一个空的迷你吧，尽管一个新的电水壶旁边有两个茶包，浴室里有吹风机。拖鞋虽然有塑料包装，但上面有肮脏的棕色痕迹。当用脸盆洗内衣时，肥皂水从脸盆下面的废水管里流出来，洒满了浴室的地板。薄毛巾呈精致的脏灰色。免费网络无法使用。早餐时，自助餐有多种中式菜肴可供选择，但有些加热的中式菜肴只是不冷不热。认识到这家酒店是为中国人服务的（尽管它说欢迎来自世界各地的外国人！），我们接受了这一点，因为我们的新鲜水果、烘焙食品和咖啡加淡奶有限。我们真正介意的是桌子上的桌布和餐垫很脏，上面还残留着以前用餐者留下的食物残渣和污水。 ||几天后的第二天晚上，我们的导游解释说，我们对之前的房间不满意，并要求换一个更好的房间。我们得到的情况要糟糕得多。自从以前的住户以来，它显然没有被打扫过。地毯上有头发、烟灰和碎屑，比我们第一个房间的更脏。不过这个房间里的网络可以用！在抱怨污垢时，我们的导游被带到了另一个房间，但也好不到哪儿去，浴缸周围发霉，浴室地板上的排水管坏了，然后提供了第三个房间，这是可以接受的。地毯很干净，浴室没有霉菌，毛巾是白色的，磨损较少。这里无法使用互联网，但两名技术人员很快就到达了，并在遇到一些困难后修复了它。如果我们在这两种情况下都首先拥有这种标准的房间，我们会很高兴地接受它，因为我们知道，由于我们离西方人的主要旅游路线有点远，所以我们并不期待奢华。酒店里的英语非常有限，我们很幸运有一位导游来表达我们的抱怨。强烈建议任何想要住在这里的人在入住前仔细检查房间。

张家界最好的酒店，国际品牌，不在张家界市区，在武陵源景区门口，走过去5分钟，旁边是魅力湘西，看表演也方便。酒店服务和设施就不用说啦，非常棒，里面有个泳池，自助餐去的时候正在特惠125元/位，平时是148+15%，酒店内的足疗是118，全身按摩128元，很平价了，有不少台湾和韩国的团来。

Firstly, we booked from ctrip and they didnot receive our booking. So, we had a little drama in the mid night when we just arrived in ZhangJiaJie city. But it's all cleared because we can speak Chinese, but they can't speak English at all. And since they got this 'sudden' booking came in, they gave us their last rooms available and it seems and upgrade room because I didn't book this big ones.||||Unfortunately, one of the rooms' toilet lamps were broken. We called the reception and they said no more room to change or they wanted to come and fixed the lights right in the mid night! So we refused because we were really too tired after long flights and decided to take bath in dark.||||The room was good and clean. Breakfast of Chinese food was also good. They took a little longer time to check out because they did room checking but we were already rushed by our tours.

首先，我们从携程预订，他们没有收到我们的预订。于是，我们刚到张家界的半夜就发生了一场小戏。但一切都清楚了，因为我们会说中文，但他们根本不会说英语。自从他们收到“突然”的预订后，他们给了我们最后一个可用的房间，而且似乎升级了房间，因为我没有预订这么大的房间。||||不幸的是，其中一个房间的厕所灯坏了。我们打电话给接待处，他们说没有更多的空间可以改变，或者他们想在半夜来修灯！所以我们拒绝了，因为长途飞行后我们真的太累了，决定在黑暗中洗澡。||||房间很好很干净。早餐的中餐也不错。他们花了更长的时间来办理退房，因为他们检查了房间，但我们已经被我们的旅行匆忙了。

But the hotel is quite a bit out of the way if you like to wander around the streets. Rooms were clean - average quality. Breakfast was OK but not outstanding. As I said, it is not really close to the downtown area or the park area.

但如果你喜欢在街上闲逛的话，这家酒店有点偏僻。 房间很干净——质量一般。 早餐还可以，但不是很出色。 正如我所说，它离市中心或公园区并不是很近。

首先是酒店的环境还可以，住宿条件还可以，然后服务态度也蛮好的，我去的时候服务人员可以主动帮我们提行李，办理入住和退房的效率还很好，住的让人感觉比较舒适，酒店的装潢还不错，应该是那种比较豪华的风格，房间还挺大，一些摆的东西还让人看着挺舒服的，比如电视电脑之类的，感觉用的蛮习惯的感觉，网速很快，是免费上网的，酒店的位置交通还行，出来就可以打到车。
