Room is spacious and enjoyable. Although there isn't a separating door for washroom. Bathtub is good. Room service in cleaning is very sloppy. Careless really.First time experience in a hotel room not providing complimentary drinking water. Although super markets nearby. Can book tickets for all shows/attractions via the reception personnel, who are very customer friendly.Overall enjoyable stay.CheersSid

The place is good and strategic. Nearby to bus station to National Park and Grand Canyon. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Price is reasonable and easy to book. Recommended place to stay in Zhangjiajie.

Nice staff at reception, she actively give good detail and info. about visit point in this area. Room is modern and clean, tea room also very good, nice view. Only that elevator is common use for the hold building so it sometime mess up and dirty.
