Very good locations, excellent staff service, unfortunately, when we arrived the hotel was full and we didn't received our room, but next day the staff moved us. Good breakfasts

My experience in Chentian Hotel was very good. The room was clean, I like it how the room was very modern for a hotel in China. There's 2 complimentary water bottles. The bathroom toilet is the western style toilet, so I recommended that you use the toilet before going outside. It's really close to Tianmen Mountain. The breakfast was Chinese style, so there will be no scramble eggs or ham. The breakfast is great for people who use to Chinese food. One bad thing is the breakfast card isn't updated the location it's actually in 2nd floor but they wrote it in 1st floor.

Very nice new modern room, we got room overlooking another (huatian hotel) with fancy dancing lighting, so it is quite a show from our hotel room. Breakfast was below average (buffet ) chinese style n no coffee at all.

非常漂亮的新现代房间，我们的房间可以俯瞰另一家（华天酒店），配有华丽的舞蹈灯光，所以从我们的酒店房间来看，这真是一场表演。早餐低于平均水平（自助）中式，根本没有咖啡。

这家酒店位置极佳，到车站机场都只有几分钟，太方便了，到天门山景区也近。酒店房间大，落地窗户很爽，可以看到对面的山，还有一条河，酒店工作人员也热情，酒店还有提供旅游服务的部门，给我们安排了一个美女导游很好，总之一切都很方便。下次还来住。

We got confirmed booking on Agoda.com, but when we arrived at night they said they could not accept our prepaid booking. We had to call agoda.com customer service in Hong Kong to cancel our booking. Since it was late at night, we did not want to find other hotel. So we decided to stay there just 1 night and find the other hotel on the next day. Major credit cards were not accepted, except the Chinese Union Pay, so we had to pay in cash. The hotel was rated 5 star on Agoda.com, but we found it should be more than 2 stars. The staff speak very little English and rude. Stay away from this hotel.

我们在 agoda.com 上确认了预订，但当我们晚上到达时，他们说不能接受我们的预付费预订。我们不得不致电agoda.com香港客服取消预订。由于已是深夜，我们不想再找其他酒店了。所以我们决定在那里只住一晚，第二天再找另一家酒店。除了中国银联外，其他主要信用卡均不被接受，所以我们必须用现金支付。这家酒店在agoda.com上被评为5星级，但我们发现它应该超过2星级。工作人员只会说很少的英语而且很粗鲁。远离这家酒店。

新开的酒店各方面都是相当不错的，档次要高一点，各方面设施都是新的住起来要强一点，服务不错，外观看着也都不错，服务人员挺好的，相当礼貌挺客气的，店里有中央空调外面下大雪里面相当暖和，位置在市政府旁边，离天门山比较近，最多三分钟的车程，装修具有正统中国特色，早餐有中餐西餐相当丰富，房间空间比一般的酒店大，装修算不上豪华，在政府旁边安全措施比较好，离市中心挺近，购物买东西坐车要六七分钟，硬件设备都是新的，色调以暖色调为主，住着相当舒服。

The bathroom was disgusting. Beds were hard. But mainly the bathroom was atrocious. And the carpet looked like it had never seen a vacuum or a steamer in its life. To be rated 4stars is a vast over-estimate!

浴室很恶心。 床很硬。但主要是浴室很糟糕。 地毯看起来就像从来没有见过真空吸尘器或蒸汽机一样。被评为 4 星实在是太高估了！

价格也比较高了,周围的环境不好,比较空旷的,里面有早餐提供,但是口味不怎么好吃,是自助式的,种类还可以,酒店也是新开的,建了没有多久,装修都是比较新的,客气还是比较清新的,没有什么装修的气味。
