Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Hot Springs Fenghuang

Great staff, friendly but professional. Especially thanks to those young ladies in Mao's costumes. They provided valuable information about how to make the most out of our time in Fenghuang Ancient Town, including the best time to see the night-time activities, and where to eat. One the the lady walked us to the stairs/walkway so we can walk to the Town. Before she turned back, she advised us to take a taxi to the hotel due to the walkway will to too dark to walk and unsafe. The room is big with an electric kettle but no tea bag or coffee provided. The breakfast buffet had variety with both Chinese and Western foods.

One night here at very brand new hotel . Good location to get to Feng Huang ancient town.|Having hot spring as well but I had no time to try.|Room is large and ver clean with all new facilities|Buffet breakfast was good. Staffs was so helpful|Recommend this hotel

在全新的酒店住了一晚。位置很好去凤凰古城。|还有温泉，但没时间去尝试。|房间很大很干净，设施都很新|自助早餐很好。工作人员非常乐于助人|推荐这家酒店

酒店服務就到，房間非常乾淨，私湯感覺非常舒服，房間附近的服務員服務非常周到，餐廳早餐不錯。不過，電瓶車接送服務需要提高。

真五星 硬體好 食物也不錯 乾淨 下次還會再來！雖然離鳳凰古城遠了一點，但是非常的幽靜，而且環境非常好我覺得住在這裡比住在古城裡太吵鬧要好的些

酒店位於高點，寧靜，舒適，亦有溫泉可使用，而溫泉水很夠熱，不過不足的地方是大部分的溫泉有一陣香煙的煙灰味，有點難聞。除此之外酒店的早餐，環境，服務都不錯。籍得一提的是我們趕高鐵，酒店幫我們叫出租車，等了一會還沒有車，我向酒店表示難處，酒店馬上就安排同事立即送我們去高鐵站，非常貼心，而我們卻當然趕上高鐵，亦非常感謝他們。

Very nice hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. The shortcut walk from the hotel to the ancient town was great, hot springs were nice, and the breakfast was delicious.

非常好的酒店！工作人员非常友好和乐于助人。我们真的很享受我们的住宿。从酒店到古镇的捷径很棒，温泉不错，早餐也很美味。

第一次來鳳凰，不喜歡住民宿果斷選擇酒店。這家溫德姆應該開業不算久，硬件設施都很新淨，早餐好豐富，服務態度從保安到清潔阿姨都非常棒。特別表揚前台shida小姐姐，有求必應，為我解決各種小問題。酒店旁邊有條小路可以步行到古城，名副其實的捷徑，几分鐘就能到。五星好評！Ps：浴室推門加個拉手會更好

it's a great hotel and environment but it's a little far away from the center of Feng Huang gu cheng as it is in a newer development area where they have hot springs. friendly staff though!

这是一家很棒的酒店，环境也很棒，但是距离凤凰古城中心有点远，因为它位于一个较新的开发区，那里有温泉。不过工作人员很友好！
