Crowne Plaza Xiangxi

*XiangXi Crown (plaza) international* (Day 2 stay) *Room 1317 smells of cigarette odour when it’s a non smoking room. Even this stain can be smelled along the corridor leading to the room.* The pillows stained with its horrific smell & bed wasn’t comfortable. Like ‘loop in’ in the middle I had to flood the pillows with peppermint essential oil to ‘drown out’ the detestable odour!!! The toilet flush is not working efficiently. Indeed it is an unpleasant experience. We expect much better service from an international brand which was rated 4.7!! Wanted to change room but we were too exhausted after a long day out!! To complete the list of discomforts, the aircon automatically switches off in the mid morning. *Stuffy & with the cigarette smell, it is UNBEARABLE:(:(:(*

*湘西皇冠(广场)国际*（第2天入住） *1317房间为无烟房，有烟味。即使是这种污渍也可以在通往房间的走廊上闻到。* 枕头上沾满了可怕的气味，床也不舒服。就像中间的“循环”一样 我不得不在枕头上倒入薄荷精油，以“淹没”令人厌恶的气味！ 马桶冲水效率不高。确实，这是一次不愉快的经历。我们期待来自评分 4.7 的国际品牌提供更好的服务！ 想要换房间，但经过一整天的外出后我们太累了！为了完成一系列的不适，空调会在上午自动关闭。 *闷热且带有香烟味，令人难以忍受:(:(:(*

沒有熱水，第一次打電話去服務台，說太多旅行團同時入住，爐壞了，要維修，叫我等一下就有熱水，第二次等了一小時還沒有改善，叫我等等，叫工程人來看，第三次告訴我們有人來了，但其實沒有。失望極了||None warm water, first time call cs, they said that many tour group at the same time, machine out of service, they need to repair it and let me wait a moment to try again. I checked and wait one hour, there is still no warm water, second call to cs, they said that they will arrange engineer to repair, but i wait for long time, no one come to my room. Third time to cs, they replied me that the staff had already come to my room. I said that no one came. She said that she had to check with her colleague again. I am very disappointed. Although the staff attitude is nice, the experience makes me feel uncomfortable. If you don't mind wait until midnight and a little cool water for shower under zero degrees temperature, you may try this hotel.

酒店還不錯 地理位置好 服務也不錯 值得推薦 攜程的服務也很迅速確實 有什麼問題都能幫忙解決 非常的推薦喔 呵呵呵

這價位能住五星已經讓我意外，標準到達。有點小遺憾就是早餐沒有香腸和煙肉。哈哈😄

西餐厅环境不错，东西品种也挺多的，味道还可以。最好的是餐厅内设有儿童乐园，小孩子可以在里面玩几个小时，服务员也很热情，就是每次去放的那些音乐是真的不好听。又听不懂，希望可以换好听点的
