This hotel would suit people who only go there for KTV, smoke, drink too much and need somewhere to crash for the night after that. I had to change the room 4 times before I could find one suitable for sleeping in: 1. the first room was under the KTV floor, the songs of which could be heard loud and clear on the 3rd floor (the so-called garden-view rooms), 2. the next room had a smell so putrid coming from a drain that I could not enter the bathroom even to brush my teeth (the manager simply covered the drainage hole, turned on the exhaust fan, and said it is OK now!). 3. the third room smelt of sharp cigarette smoke. 4. the 4th room was better than the others but the air conditioning gave me a sore throat and red eyes due to the cigarette smoke / pollutants coming through the vents. Originally, I was shown a better room the second time I asked to move, but then was given a key to another room. The girls on the front desk who spoke no English were unwelcoming at check in / check out and more than aggravated to assist. The floor manager had to be located each time to open the rooms, which meant that I didn't get to sleep until almost 1 am after two hours of going up and down the lift looking for assistance and getting new room keys!||Furthermore, it is one the stingiest hotel I have stayed in in China. Water bottles and slippers were not free, and free amenities like toothbrushes and hand towels hidden away in drawers and cupboards in the hope that you don't see and use them. The tea making service is also not easy to use in Chinese, even to boil water, so could not make tea until the second day. On the first night, one of the bath towels was in tatters with yellow stains! I've never seen anything this bad in any hotel in the world!||Beds are not soft either, even if they look good, and there is no bath, only a shower with no soap in it, so you have to keep moving the dispenser from the bowl area. Plastic slippers were provided though, as there is no towel bath mat either, only a rubber one for use in the shower, and it was easy to slip when you got out.||Breakfast was equally stingy with most dishes depleted even by 7.30 am (in this case you had to be there at 7 am in order to get fried rice or noodles). Only cakes were replenished, but in an untimely manner. No juice or even flavoured water provided, but only a tea and coffee machine, the one redeeming factor at breakfast. I think some guests complained to staff.||Upon leaving, there was trouble as I was accused of breaking a name plaque by the bed, which was face down when I arrived and already broken. This was the limit! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't smoke or who wants a quality stay. I think it is the worst hotel in which I stayed in Changsha and one of my top three worst hotels in China.

这家酒店只适合那些来这里只是为了KTV、抽烟、喝酒，然后找个地方过夜的人。我换了四次房才找到一个能睡的：1. 第一个房间在KTV楼层，三楼（所谓的花园景观房）都能清楚地听到KTV的歌声；2. 第二个房间的下水道散发出恶臭，我甚至无法进浴室刷牙（经理只是把下水道堵上，打开排气扇，就说现在没事了！）；3. 第三个房间弥漫着刺鼻的烟味；4. 第四个房间比前几个好一些，但是空调吹出来的烟味/污染物让我喉咙痛、眼睛发红。第二次要求换房时，他们本来给我安排了一个更好的房间，但后来又给了我另一个房间的钥匙。前台那些不会说英语的女孩在办理入住/退房手续时态度冷淡，而且非常不耐烦。每次都要找到楼层经理才能开门，这意味着我花了两个小时在电梯里上下奔波寻找帮助和更换房卡，直到凌晨1点才睡着！||此外，这还是我在中国住过的最吝啬的酒店之一。瓶装水和拖鞋都要收费，像牙刷和毛巾这样的免费用品也被藏在抽屉和橱柜里，希望你看不到也用不到。茶具的中文操作也很不方便，就连烧水都费劲，所以我直到第二天早上才泡上茶。入住第一晚，其中一条浴巾就破破烂烂的，上面还有黄色的污渍！我从未在世界上的任何一家酒店见过如此糟糕的情况！床铺一点也不软，即使看起来不错。没有浴缸，只有淋浴，而且淋浴间里没有肥皂，所以你得不停地把肥皂盒从马桶边挪开。酒店倒是提供了塑料拖鞋，因为也没有浴垫，只有一块橡胶地垫，淋浴时很容易滑倒。早餐同样吝啬，大多数菜肴早上7点半就卖完了（在这种情况下，你必须早上7点就到才能吃到炒饭或面条）。只有蛋糕会补充，但补充得非常慢。没有果汁，甚至连调味水都没有，只有一台茶水机和咖啡机，这算是早餐唯一值得称道的地方了。我想有些客人向工作人员投诉了。离开时，我遇到了麻烦，他们指控我弄坏了床边的名牌，而我到达时名牌就已经是正面朝下摔碎的了。这真是太过分了！我不推荐这家酒店给任何不吸烟或想要享受高品质住宿体验的人。我认为它是我在长沙住过的最差的酒店，也是我在中国住过的最差的三家酒店之一。

Manager speaks English, they showed me different rooms for me to select. Only one room had the "Chinese bathroom smell". They have a very loud KTV on the 4th floor and Chinese style only breakfast. ||Rooms are interesting, they each have a mahjong table and tea cupboard. Sheets and overall condition is clean. All the water and toiletries are for purchase, no free water, shower gel, etc. In addition to the regular room they also have a busy suite which has a separate living room with a second powder room bathroom. ||The area is not great, lots of tiny restaurants of questionable sanitary conditions. The hotel is directly in front of a highway on ramp. ||The have sanitary towels, condoms, and other accessories for sale by the bed, plus a humorously photoshopped advertisement for an in-room massage service. ||Overall the management and employees were courteous, the hotel is a little more unique in its room design, but the area outside the hotel isn't very nice.

经理会说英语，他们带我看了几个不同的房间让我选择。只有一个房间有“中式浴室的味道”。四楼有个很吵的KTV，早餐只有中式早餐。||房间很有意思，每个房间都有麻将桌和茶柜。床单和整体状况都很干净。所有的水和洗漱用品都要付费，没有免费的水、沐浴露等等。除了普通客房，他们还有一个比较热闹的套房，套房里有一个独立的起居室和一个额外的化妆间。||酒店周边环境不太好，有很多卫生状况堪忧的小餐馆。酒店正对着高速公路匝道。||床边有卫生巾、避孕套和其他用品出售，还有一个搞笑的PS照片广告，宣传客房按摩服务。||总的来说，管理人员和员工都很礼貌，酒店的客房设计也比较独特，但是酒店周围的环境不太好。
