Ramada Plaza Changsha Xingsha

Stayed there for one night with a tour group. Room was spacious but air con was terribly noisy and not cool at all. A lady might be from house keeping came to my room and checked. Saying I turned the temperature of air con too low, it wouldn’t work. Then I complained about it’s too noisy , she asked me to turn the temperature higher and close the door of washroom. Not sure how it helped to make the room cooler. I don’t speak Mandarin but can understand a bit. The lady kept asking me to speak Mandarin, though I used translator to communicate to her. It’s so frustrated travelling in China if you don’t speak Mandarin. Even in a worldwide chained hotel wouldn’t change anything. Btw, the Tv in room didn’t work as well. Many people in my tour needed to change room at that night. Breakfast was ok but coffee machine didn’t work properly. The local guided said they don’t need to switch on air con at night , so no problems to them. What she said didn’t help at all as well. Will never return.

Came on a tour package to Zhangjiajie. Our first stop. |Hotel had some renovation work in the lobby. |Room was very clean and spacious. Nice toiletries provided. The walls though are not sound proof. Can hear the horning vehicle on the street. |Breakfast is provided. Not fantastic but sufficient selection

They didn't seem to know what Expedia was, so didn't have my reservation.|But they wanted me to cancel and re-book with them. I said I could not cancel because it was too late, but did seem to have to re-book a room if I wanted to stay.|They didn't know how to use the credit card machine for foreign cards, so just stopped trying and asked for cash. After I asked for a manager they got it to work...|None of this would have been possible without my Chinese speaking colleague, because it seems there is little or no English spoken in the hotel. That is normally not a problem if things go smoothly.|Room design was nice on first inspection, but a closer look showed that my no smoking room had an ashtray, stains where everywhere and there was a smelly liquid in the bathroom bin.||Windows didn't seem to create a good seal, so the noise from the street was loud.||Breakfast was included with my original Expedia booking, but they didn't include it with their forced re-booking until we had to have another argument.||Avoid.

Ramada Plaza Changsha Xingsha , is located perfectly is you’re looking to experience local living. It’s a walking distance to explore morning activities where the local goes to market in the morning. There are couple of bakeries, many vegetables and produce markets indoor and on the street. The road ways are clean. It was our last day stay in Changsha, and it’s a prefect area to buy last minute gifts too.||I really liked the location of this hotel. Oh, there’s a shop that roast sunflowers 🌻 seeds and peanuts, cashews, almonds and walnut, very interesting shop. Very affordable.

한 여름에 에어컨 27도 아래로는 안내려감 컴플레인 하니 선풍기 가져다 줌 방뺀다하니 10분만 기다리면 내려갈거라고 그때서야 온도 조절함 직원들도 선풍기 틀고 있음 이런호텔 처음봄 별한개도 아까움

仲夏时节，空调温度低于 27 度，我感到不舒服，当我抱怨时，他们给我拿了一个风扇，当我告诉他们我要搬出房间时，他们说我必须等 10 分钟。然后他们才调整温度。这是我第一次住这样的酒店。
