A nice hotel if you're a smoker, otherwise quite yucky. Good facilities, clean, modern, well-maintained, helpful staff, and a good range of breakfast options. 20 minutes from the airport. Stars removed because the whole place stinks of cigarette smoke. My room was full of smoke, with more coming in through the AC ducts. I was (very promptly and courteously) helped move to a less smoky room but that was pretty stinky too. Communal (non-smoking) areas like the lobby and lifts were also very smoky.

Came to this hotel about 8.30pm, was tired with long journey. The moment we came in, we saw a hotel staff give us an unpleasant look. Paying for a 5 star hotel, but the service was not up to standard. Perhaps a greetings and a smile 😊 would have brightened any customer day who just walked in the hotel. Even a 3 star 🌟 hotel customer service is much better than this. Room was clean and spacious.

晚上8.30左右来到这家酒店，长途旅行很累。我们一进来，就看到酒店工作人员用一种不愉快的眼神看着我们。支付了五星级酒店的费用，但服务达不到标准。也许一句问候和一个微笑😊会让刚走进酒店的任何顾客一天都心情愉快。即使是三星级🌟酒店的客户服务也比这好得多。 房间干净又宽敞。

This hotel.name in English is Whirsly . It's near Chansa Bullet metro station . Medium room size . Good behaviour stuff . Room are clean and well.maintIned but room size is small . The stuff having limited English langua. Better to use Chinese to English app for smooth communication. Buffet breakfast ok. Surprisingly find a live counter with Honey Comb for a source of Honey.

Good - clean spacious room , provide airport pickup , some helpful staff at reception ( not all )5 star driver who helped with the luggage and wait at pickup named 湛权兴, excellent !Bad - always smelt of smoking even on non smoking floors and elevators. Even at night , can smell from corridor and windows.Hotel indicate that tough penalty will be imposed , but not even try to enforce at all .

好-干净宽敞的房间，提供机场接机，接待处有一些乐于助人的工作人员（不是全部）五星级司机帮助搬运行李并在接机处等候，名叫湛权兴，非常棒！不好-即使在非吸烟楼层，也总是有烟味。电梯。即使在晚上，走廊和窗户也能闻到气味。酒店表示将进行严厉处罚，但根本不去执行。

Excellent limousine pickup and drop off from airport; driver waiting for us and friendly throughout the rides - top service by 湛权兴.Also, Guest Relation Supervisor Nick 曹靖宇, taking effort to try to accommodate changing of rooms ; due to blatant infringement of non smoking rules by several other guests who filled the corridor , certain rooms, elevators and toilet with heavy smell of cigarettes .The number one negative is the poor enforcement against smokers who flout the non smoking floors and rooms.They need to get tough.And also a good lounge bar would have been nice

Fell sick from so much smoking environment in corridor and windows on non-smoking floors.Unlike real 5 star hotel which check and ensure non smoking ; still a typical local issue.Reception was helpful - Calvin, Carson, Nick, Anna and the friendly driver 湛权兴 who is punctual and helpful .

Good - driver for pickup 湛权兴Bad smell of smoke on high floors even with so many non smoking signs; poor management. Afraid to reprimand guests who break the rule and caused this negative situation at hotel

好-皮卡司机湛权兴即使有这么多禁烟标志，高楼层的烟味也很难闻；管理不善。害怕斥责违反规定并在酒店造成这种负面情况的客人

好幸運，能把我們提升房型，環境乾淨舒服，附近也有很多小區餐廳可以品嘗地道美食，去其他大商場或夜市，打車也是十多分鐘就到！酒店還有專車接送去高鐵，我選了送走，司機十分熱情！總捨酒店環境服務和司機的熱情都很滿意，讚喔！
