酒店工作人员特别乐于助人。交通便利。地铁口很近，去景点很方便，位置近五一广场贺龙体育馆，毗邻中南大学，房间干净舒适，安静，设施完善，连续住了几天，是一次很愉快的旅行。 We initially planned to have a 3 nights stay but we were so impressed with the hotel that we decided to extend my stay for another five nights. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The staff deserves special recognition—they are professional, friendly, and always eager to go the extra mile to make our stay memorable. From housekeeping, or the front desk, everyone has been exceptionally accommodating and attentive. The location is perfect— 3 minutes walk from Nanhu Road Metro Station (Exit 2, hotel is just on the front of Bank of Changsha) KFC is just next door and Cafe 18' next to hotel lobby is a plus! I couldn’t be happier with my experience here, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay. Extending my stay was the easiest decision—this place truly feels like a home away from home!

位置方便，有停車場位，有地鐵，跑馬拉松而入住，絶對不錯，明年再來，樓下就有幾間食店，7年再來長沙，變化好大

服務很好，交通便利，旁邊有地鐵簡單舒適的旅途必需品。地理位置優越,步行可達各大景點。服務周到親切,房間整潔乾淨。性價比極高。早餐選擇有限,但口味不錯。整體來說是一家適合短期商務或旅遊的良好選擇。

地点很好！服务员很友好！餐厅的服务员也很好！谢谢您！Great location and friendly staffs, rooms are clean and breakfast buffet spread is good. Highly recommended! The hotel is located only 100m from the subway which is 3 stops from the shopping street!

飯店人員服務熱情，設施完善。鄰近地鐵站，交通也很便利，不管是對旅行落腳還是出差過夜都是不錯的選擇，。

性價比挺高的一家快捷酒店，距離著名景點五一廣場大概15分鐘車程，旁邊就是地鐵站，自駕還是公交出行都比較便利。酒店在硬件方面比較老舊，看得出年代感，但是在軟件服務方面還是不錯的，尤其是前台小哥還親自出來告訴停車位置，服務意識很好。在這樣價位的酒店來說，也算是不錯的了，除了不能調節冷風之外，整體還可以。

房間乾淨衛生，空間感充足，行李箱打開了也不會覺得擁擠。前台人員服務很好，友善有禮。另外前台可以幫忙代收包裹，實在很好！和1號地鐵站出口相隔一條馬路，走2分鐘左右便到，但有小小梯級，有行李者要稍為提一下下。整體來說勝價比高，推薦！

酒店位於1號南湖路地鐵站 2號出囗一分鐘，去五一廣場附近，十分方便。今次所住的房間位於 28樓，房間整潔乾淨，住了兩天，感到十分舒適。清潔姨姨及員工訓練有素，態度有禮。令人驚喜是早餐多，用膳環境不錯，以平日二百多一晚來說，性價比高。下次來長沙旅遊會再住這裏
