闽辉大酒店

我对这家酒店印象很差，因为是暑假嘛，酒店是中央空调，晚上等你睡着的时候，酒店就把空调关了，打电话去总台了还是没有开空调，一晚上都睡不着很热。酒店是在市中心，附近就是武夷山度假区，离机场近。房间的卫生还好。

This hotel was recommended by a travel agency and I was very disappointed because it really sucked. They said this was a 3-star hotel and it is surely overrated. If its up to me, I'll probably give it a star.||||The rooms on the "first" floor are actually located on the 3rd floor, and there are no elevators until you reach the 3rd floor, which is located at the far end of the hallway. My dad had a hard time going up and down the stairs, and there wasn't even a bellhop available to carry our luggage up to our rooms.||||The rooms were big enough for the three of us to sleep, but it smelled like cigarette. Since were three in the room, we asked for additional pillows and blankets, but they said they had none available. They do not have an extra, only the ones in the rooms, at least they have extra toothbrush and toiletries. ||||When we open the cabinet to the mini bar, the cabinet door just fall off. We tried making hot water to drink but when we opened the thermos, it was too rusty and dirty (as in the dirt wont come off), they had no way to clean it as well.||||The worse has yet to come. They turned off the air-conditioner during night time, and we asked them why. They said that it wasn't hot. We requested to have it opened because my parents easily feels warm when sleeping, they said they had no way to open it till the morning. We requested for electric fans instead.||||The service of the housekeeper was great, she really tried to accommodate our requests to the best of her abilities, but its really hard keeping up with the deteriorating state of the hotel (even if the lobby was grandeur). The breakfast food was late, but it tasted ok, a lot of spicy stuff though. Overall, for a price of RMB480 a night, it is not worth it.
