福州泰禾凯宾斯基酒店

I checked in the hotel very late(11:00 PM) in and when i just about to sleep around 01:30 AM, there was someone drunk trying to open the door and banging the door couple of times. I called the front office for security, then were told he was a guest but in different floor. Aren't normally each access card have designated floor? How is your security for guest privacy? And in the morning my morning call at 7:00 AM were ringging like crazy, every 2 minutes for 15 minutes and it stop when I called the front desk. It also happen to my cousin room next door. This is the first time I ever had this kind of experience in 5* hotel. I have to wake up tired and cranky for the whole day, thanks a lot.!

我很晚才入住酒店（晚上 11:00），当我凌晨 01:30 左右准备睡觉时，有人喝醉了试图打开门，并敲了几下门。 我打电话给前台要求保安，然后被告知他是客人，但在不同的楼层。 一般情况下，每张门禁卡不是都有指定楼层吗？ 你们对客人隐私的安全保障如何？ 早上 7:00 我的叫醒电话疯狂地响起，每 2 分钟响一次，持续 15 分钟，当我打电话给前台时，它就停止了。 我隔壁表弟的房间也发生过这种情况。 这是我第一次在五星级酒店有这样的经历。 我一整天都必须醒来，又累又脾气暴躁，非常感谢。！

地理位置佳，地鐵🚇4號線竹嶼站C出口走路7分鐘，周邊有很多餐廳和夜市，早餐一般選擇不多。餐廳和前台的服務員有待加強培訓，對侍客人不像是五星級該有的態度。

As usual kempinski delivers, great service staff as compared to other Chinese hotels (esp self proclaimed 5 star hotels). Lounge staff are top notch but breakfast selection and house keeping staff can be further improved. 5 min Walking distance to Tahoe shopping districts w lots of restaurants behind.

与往常一样，凯宾斯基提供的服务与其他中国酒店（尤其是自称五星级酒店）相比，服务人员非常出色。休息室工作人员是一流的，但早餐选择和客房清洁人员还有待进一步改进。 步行 5 分钟即可到达太浩购物区，后面有很多餐馆。

入住於圣诞季之凯宾斯基，感受到浓浓的节庆气氛。特別感謝前台William之热诚接待，以及礼宾部同仁幫忙提行李。酒店內部裝潢雅緻，各場所皆令人心旷神怡。房間乾淨舒適，早餐精緻美味。樓下花園環境宜人，令人悠閒自在。地理位置优越，行至三坊七巷僅需十多分鐘。酒店亦貼心地贈送了旅遊地圖。最令人感動的是，酒店員工都充滿人情味，讓人倍感親切。此次入住體驗五星级，強力推薦。

Always my go-to hotel when in Fuzhou. Close to Fuzhou train station and lots of eating/meeting places around. Super convenient.

一直是我在福州的首选酒店。靠近福州火车站，周围有很多吃饭/聚会的地方。超级方便。

amazing! We had a non forgotten time in the hotel! How I wish I have more time to spend in the room with the kids and enjoy the warm spring at level 4! The room is spacious and comfortable with toys and kid’s friendly facilities.

惊人的！我们在酒店度过了难忘的时光！我多么希望有更多的时间和孩子们一起待在房间里，享受四楼温暖的春天啊！房间宽敞舒适，配有玩具和儿童设施。

nice and great hotel! Modern design, luxurious and comfortable, the elevator aisle smells of smoke.

服務好，早餐樣式多，非常好好吃，21樓的行政酒廊很棒，服務人員都很親切客氣，我住了兩天環境都打掃的很乾淨
