瑞都大酒店

在罗源县它是一家很知名的酒店。里面的装饰装修还有服务都不错，服务员的态度非常热情，如果我需要什么东西，他们会很快的就帮我拿过来，我感觉住在这里很舒适。我对卫生方面也很满意，像床单、地毯还有被子这些东西看上去都很干净。我不是很挑剔的人，这样的酒店就可以了。再说位置也挺好的，交通什么的挺方便的。

里面条件是最好的，但是里面很吵，它三楼是一个KVT，四楼是住房，能听到KTV的声音和走廊里走路的声音，走路倒是有地毯，但是在房间还是能听到走路说话的声音，隔音很不好。服务还可以，它是在罗源县里面最大的。里面装修比较有点特色，有点古老的特色，酒店都是用石头来做的，房间里面都很新很漂亮，卫生条件也很好，刚开业条件肯定都很好。有时候上菜时间很慢，有时要等半个小时不只，食物都还挺好吃的。

2010年12月8日和12月10日，我分别两次入住罗源瑞都酒店，最后一次退房后因为大意，把一件衣服和衣服内重要的物品啦在酒店，当时发现已经在回江苏的路上了。抱着试试看的态度我拨打了酒店的电话，结果酒店的员工用快递的方式帮我邮寄回了家。非常感谢瑞都的员工专业无私的工作态度，和我联系的工作人员我不知道名字，她的手机号码最后五位是39775.

服务和卫生做的比较好，入住的时候他们看见我了都会微笑，还有就是他们每天都会很主动的过来询问我是不是需要打扫房间。因为我是来旅游的对于地理位置不是太熟悉，酒店是在路边上，可以找到出租车，就是附近的旅游景点不是很多。酒店提供早餐，截止时间是十点钟，过了十点就不提供了，种类很多但是分量很少。

这是一家三、四星级的酒店,我觉得这家酒店地点比较偏,对我们没车的人去的话,是很不方便的,离城关比较远__就是我们县中心,不过这边购物还可以,旁边有大超市;人员服务也还可以,并且还给提供早餐,早餐也算丰富吧;如果大家来这玩的话,我推荐这家吧,毕竟这家酒店外观给人感觉很清楚,比较上档次吧~

Glad to be the 1st one to write a review in English :)||||This was the only good local hotel available for my business trip for 2nights and we needed to be in the heart of the county. We stayed at Luoyuanwan the last few times (which I will also drop a review about) but this time that was full.||||This is apparently newer than Luoyuanwan but looking at the exterior I really dont know what is considered new in this county. The exterior was dreary and dull and the place looked unkempt, although it has only been about 2years since it opened.||||Was given a room on the 6th floor but had to go down to ask for a change as the carpet was really awful. They refused initially until a local friend helped to intervene. I later realized what I saw was a dirty carpet was actually a carpet riddled with many cigarette holes in them (the locals like to do that for some reason). I was eventually given room 630 which was much better. ||||The room was basic and clean to a certain extent but I cannot help but notice the smoke smell and wasn't too enthusiastic about using the bathroom. It was probably equivalent to a international 2.5-3 star standard, although no bed bugs, rats etc.||||For a twin room, the bed was thankfully not small and okay to sleep on. Sheets at least looked clean. The temperature can't be adjusted for some reason so do away with the blanket. The toilet bowl made strange sounds sporadically but always manage to recover itself.||||Breakfast was bleak: lukewarm porridge, condiments, noodle soup, cold hard deep fried stuff. The only thing vaguely familiar was an egg station but I suspect the chap only knows how to do sunny-side up.||||Service at the front desk was non-existent unless you catch them in a good mood. Request for extra toilet paper and bottled water was fulfilled quite soon though.||||Check out process was very slow as they had to write manually some stuff and wait for receipts etc. ||||A useful note is that some floors are residence and one floor is a KTV Lounge so the nights are not exactly peaceful. Plus, this hotel also offers 4-hour rate so that means you'll also see lovers and what have you, which explains the amusing condoms and vibrating stuff placed in all the bathrooms. ||||For solo ladies who travel here, I do not feel that it is safe If I were traveling alone, I rather have the safety and assurance of a reputable hotel in Fuzhou city and endure the 1hour taxi ride to and fro. ||||The room cost me about RMB250 per night, if this reference is useful.||||For guests who dont speak Mandarin, good luck.
