The hotel is a great getaway to the Guian water park. The rooms are clean and spacious for a family of 4. Their breakfast is both western and Chinese style giving a lot of choice. Something they can work on is to have jacuzzis drain water automatically and not having to call hotel staff to drain the water any time we needed to fill it up with water. The hotel staff and especially the hotel manger were very supportive. We’ll use the villas next time we visit.

The hotels location is perfect if you looking for serenity and just away from town. next to water park and happy worldSnow the assistant manager Was extremely helpful during our stay and even ensured we had a surprise personalized visit as we had just celebrated our anniversary. The surprise gift for kids while checking in was a really cool idea.Banyan and Vincent too were amazing as well as Lily from the restaurant who spoke good English .We definitely look to coming back again with a bigger groupThe restaurant has a variety of Western and Asian selection.Rooms are clean and well lit.Swimming pool was awesome tooAreas to improve:If guests are like 3(put like 3 towels and shampoos and such amenities)

A fantastic hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here. Fantastic rooms and brilliant location. The bathtub is brilliant - a real unique feature of this brilliant hotel. There was only one draw back I must mention, I didn’t like the breakfast. I really feel more variety is needed, particularly in regard to the western variety. But otherwise it was brilliant. I would highly recommend this hotel.
