龙岩佰翔京华酒店

跟女兒預定酒店的時候，看到相片後，期待值超高。去到現場後，非常符合相片中的環境和感覺，所以覺得用貴一些的價錢訂親子房是值得。酒店的地理位置十分好，附近是大型商場，吃的跟飲料多到試不完。去動車站也只是15分鐘，而且是五星級酒店的配套，服務和工作人員品質都非常高，只有一個問題，是在這旅程中令人崩潰。我訂定的親子房三天兩夜，第一天我們就向酒店反映冷氣不冷，前台先是說空調設備有問題，要晚上8點才會恢復，我們晚上10點回到酒店，再調低溫度，空調沒有反應。酒店送了冷風機到房間，並說會盡快開啟空調，我們等到了滿身汗，打電話去前台又叫來了維修師傅來看，師傅說半個小時內會冷，讓我們靜心等待，期間我們一直都有留意調溫度器，一直都維持在25度。直到第二天，我先生再跟酒店說，空調不冷的問題，但前台人員除了道歉並說設備在白天或者外部氣溫不高的情況下是不會開啟的。那麼，第兩天晚上，我們又等了兩個小時，空調也一直是25度，我們跟前台和維修師傅討論是什麼問題導致兩個晚上都沒有正常的空調。但無果，到第三天退房的時間，冷氣依然保持25度。雖然每個工作人員的態度都很好，但室內氣溫比室外得高，實在難於接受。

The hotel is conveniently located at a reasonable distance to the company I visited and next door to several shopping malls. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. I appreciated that the room could be aired via opening the windows instead of constant use of air-conditioning. Friendly staff although very few spoke English. Unfortunately, no English speaking TV channels available.

親子套房很適合帶小孩子一起住，很多小孩的設備，也有小孩的滑梯，千秋，小公仔，小孩看見一定不會失望。房間有2個廁所，更方便

Location wise is good but most of the front desk crew is rude except the duty manager (female with bun but I forgot her name) and Dave. I was checking with one of the staff at the concierge about my courier and she keep sighing in front of me. If you are not happy with your job, you can quit and find something that you are happy doing instead of showing ur negative attitude and influence my mood. You are a service crew and your job is to serve guests. Would you be happy if you ask someone for information and they keep sigh and show their impatience in front of you? And one thing is the front desk staff love to push guest around. I ask them question and they ask me to ask another person then another person and another person. Please train your staff on how to handle guest more professionally. And stop playing your handphone when there’s guest waiting in line for your service. There’s no staff helping to carry the luggage and they just watch me carrying so many luggage by myself. The room is super hot too. I was sweating even though I open the window and it’s winter. Overall only stay there if you no need any service and need to be close to town. However with that price you can try Wanda Hotel

This is the second time I am using this hotel. They have arranged a room at level36. Nice level and great view. Room is clean with fresh sheets. The issues are the rain shower was leaking spraying upwards. The air-conditioning is having a malfunction. It's either too warm or too cold. It's like 8degrees at night and it's really cold in the room or hot like sauna. Well stayed there for 2nights. There are Chris**as decorations for the season. It make the hotel lobby livelier. Morning breakfast is decent. Its served with American breakfast and local Chinese cuisine. There are two major shopping malls beside it and one opposite. Great malls to hang out for Starbucks or McDonald's. There are many chinese restaurants available serving delicious food. Western food and Japanese cuisine are available too.

Location of hotel is very good, close to 3 big malls. Gym is small but fine, swimming pool also ok and sauna too. I think that something was wrong with AC because it was too hot in the room. All the staff were very kind and trying to be on your service...

酒店位置很好，离3个大商场都很近。健身房虽小但还不错，游泳池也不错，还有桑拿房。我认为空调出了问题，因为房间里太热了。所有的工作人员都非常友善并尽力为您服务。

The hotel outlook is new. Check-in is a breeze. The room is new, clean and tidy. The bathroom comes with a seperate shower room and toilet. There is a nice bathtub. The quality of air in the room is good. There is a small window that can be partial open for fresh air circulation. Nice thick curtains as morning light hits around 0430hrs. Remember to draw the curtains before sleep. Chambermaid is very considerate and courteous. As its Summer period, Ms Chao Chun Ying has always provide us with sufficient bottled waters for our trips and even shared with us offers for Pizza Orders. 🍕 For security, the standard lift and door smart card system. CCTV is along all corridors. The buiding design is in a square format, the centre is the lift system. Only 3 lifts serve each floor. Takes a bit of time for the lift, needs a bit of patience during peak hours and weekends.Hotel morning breakfast is pretty good. Range is decent. Variety is more towards Chinese Breakfast. American breakfast is available. The location is very near the major shopping malls, 万宝广场 is just opposite the road. The mall has everything you need. Plenty of Diners. Watsons , Mc Donalds, Starbucks and Arcade. Pick up an additonal luggage bag at the Mi Shop. Next to the Hotel has a mall which has a supermarket and Starbucks. There is a restaurant, WestWood, nice beef kebab and lamb chops. Crossing the road in Longyan requires some skills. Buzzing electric bikes, motor bikes and cars in all directions. They will slow down automatically. Just chill and go with the flow.Overall, the experience is excellent. Clean white bed sheets, fresh new towels, comfortable bed and pillow for a good night sleep. Nearby amenities is a bonus. Helipad is available on the hotel roof.

酒店外观很新。办理入住手续轻而易举。房间很新，干净整洁。浴室配有独立的淋浴间和卫生间。有一个漂亮的浴缸。房间里的空气质量很好。有一个小窗户，可以部分打开以促进新鲜空气流通。 0430 点左右晨光照射进来，窗帘很厚实。睡觉前记得拉上窗帘。女服务员非常体贴和有礼貌。暑假期间，赵春英女士总是为我们的旅行提供足够的瓶装水，甚至还与我们分享披萨订单的优惠。 🍕 为了安全，标配电梯和门智能卡系统。 所有走廊均设有闭路电视。建筑设计呈方形，中心是电梯系统。每层楼仅有 3 部电梯。电梯需要一点时间，高峰时段和周末需要一点耐心。酒店早上的早餐还不错。范围还不错。早餐品种比较偏向中式。供应美式早餐。位置离各大商场都很近，万宝广场就在马路对面。商场里有你需要的一切。食客很多。屈臣氏、麦当劳、星巴克和Arcade。在小米商店领取额外的行李袋。酒店旁边有一个购物中心，里面有超市和星巴克。有一家餐厅，WestWood，美味的牛肉串和羊排。在龙岩过马路需要一些技巧。电动自行车、摩托车和汽车四面八方嗡嗡作响。他们会自动减速。冷静下来，顺其自然。总体而言，体验非常好。干净的白色床单、干净的新毛巾、舒适的床和枕头，让您睡个好觉。附近的便利设施是一个额外的好处。酒店屋顶设有直升机停机坪。

Dave is very helpful and he even remember my luggage that I store at the hotel few days ago. Please extend my compliment to him and he indeed did a great job. However there’s another lady wearing mask all the time at the concierge is obviously not helpful at all. I stand there for at least 5-10 minutes in front of her and she just ignore me and was making phone calls using her handphone. Very unhelpful
