酒店距离苏州拙政园1.5公里，狮子林1.8公里，公交做3站路就可以到达，步行18分钟到拙政园，非常方便。停车场位于松鹤楼地下停车场（原海宁皮革城停车场）距离酒店318米，在马路同侧，步行需要4分钟。附近有松鹤楼餐厅。

We reserved a room through Booking.com and got an confirmation from them. But when we turned up to the hotel they looked at us at a very surprised way. But the problems began when they refused to give us the room for the agreed price. |They added 50% on the room price!!!|Confronting them with the significant price difference they said; something was wrong in their the booking system. I can only agree, but there is also something wrong in the customer service handling. We had a terrible experience and the check-in was horrible and unprofessional in every ways.||The room was not clean (see attached photos) Carpet very dirty and black hair many places in room and also in the bathroom. ||
