全季西安市政府北客站酒店

Stayed here for 3 nights in June 2025. Booked through a third-party website and arrived at the property past midnight, but the check-in was smooth with no hiccups. I was even offered a slightly larger room upon check-in. The room itself was modern, spacious, and very clean. Special mention to the bathroom, which was not only clean and had toiletries provided, but also had a Japanese-style automatic bidet which worked excellently. Air-conditioning, hot water, and wi-fi all worked well. The only thing I felt was missing was a safe for convenience, although I recognise it could be because Chinese regulations state that valuables are actually meant to be stored in safes at the lobby/reception (or something to that effect).||The room came with a free breakfast, which had a good spread of not only Chinese-style dishes but salads, cereal, Western-style bacon and fruit. Quality was on par - nothing spectacular, with usual mainland Chinese food's oiliness and saltiness. The staff were very friendly and helped whenever they could. I could request for free additional water bottles from the reception, and even got a nice "wellness package" with some simple snacks upon check-out.||The hotel is a 5-minutes walk' to the metro station and was situated in a sort of commercial-residential hybrid plot of land. Admittedly the area was a 30 minutes' metro ride to the city. But there were plenty of amenities nearby, including a modern and reasonably buy shopping mall right beside the hotel, and it was a further 10 minute metro ride to the main city train station in the north of the city.||Overall, the hotel was excellent value given the price point, comparable to the standards of many branded Western 4-star hotels. Would definitely stay here again, assuming the location is still good for me.

2025年6月，我在这里住了三晚。我是通过第三方网站预订的，到达酒店时已过午夜，但入住过程非常顺利，没有任何问题。办理入住时，酒店甚至主动提出给我换一间稍大一些的房间。房间本身现代、宽敞且非常干净。特别要提一下浴室，它不仅干净，还提供了洗漱用品，而且配备了日式自动坐浴盆，非常好用。空调、热水和无线网络都运行良好。唯一让我觉得缺少的是保险箱，不过我也明白这可能是因为中国的相关规定要求贵重物品必须存放在大堂/接待处的保险箱里（大概是这样）。房间包含免费早餐，种类丰富，不仅有中式菜肴，还有沙拉、麦片、西式培根和水果。早餐质量中规中矩，没什么特别惊艳的地方，就是典型的中国大陆食物那种油腻和咸味。工作人员非常友好，尽力提供帮助。我可以向前台免费索取额外的瓶装水，退房时还收到了一份不错的“健康礼包”，里面有一些简单的零食。酒店距离地铁站步行仅需5分钟，位于一块商住混合用地上。诚然，从这里乘坐地铁到市中心需要30分钟。但附近有很多便利设施，包括酒店旁边就有一家现代化且价格合理的购物中心，而且再乘坐10分钟地铁即可到达位于城市北部的主要火车站。总的来说，考虑到价格，这家酒店性价比很高，可以媲美许多西方品牌的四星级酒店。如果位置仍然适合我，我肯定会再次入住。

pros:||- modern, quirky room with all amenities ||- quick wifi and good aircon/heating||- laundry room availble for free||- shopping mall with food court and supermarket 5min away||- 500m from metro/tube/subway, bus 266 goes to bus station that takes you to the airport |||cons:||- 5km to the north rail station (3 tube stops), 1km to the tube (metro/subway) stop||- Chinese breakfast only (you can get eggs, but no coffee)||- despite having listed in their offer hotels DOESN'T do pickup/drop off service to the airport (150 RMB taxi, 25 per person bus, one way)||Overall hotel is great & modern, but inconveniant location to go & see terracota army, city wall or grottors. |Shame about the airport pick up service: thought as it's listed in booking/ctrip as free service they offer. ||As much as it is a lovely hotel, we'd pick something different because of the location & lack of airport transport service||
