大连富力希尔顿酒店

I chose to return to the Dalian Hilton after a great stay in June, but this time, my experience at the Hilton Dalian was extremely disappointing. I believe there was a medical equipment group staying during my visit. The guests from that group displayed extremely rude behavior; they cut in line during check-in and were very noisy throughout the hotel. It seemed as if the hotel only prioritized the group's needs and didn't care about other guests.||This groups was extremely terrible. They made this hotel not like a five star hotel anymore. A five star hotel should not even have these kind of guest. ||The first room I checked into had a terrible cigarette smell, and during breakfast, they had run out of soy milk by 9 am. Additionally, the bed sheets felt somewhat itchy. Overall, this stay was a disappointment. When I visited in June, I had a great experience, which is why I returned. However, this time, it was a complete letdown. The only two hotel employees I encountered who were extremely polite and helpful were Louise from the front office and Dongmei Du from housekeeping. They were truly exceptional.||||In summary, my stay was disappointing, and I will reconsider my choice the next time I'm on a business trip in Dalian.

Nice Hotel. Good Location for a weekend trip to Dalian. Breakfast includes Chinese and western food. We will come back.

从来没有住过服务这么差的希尔顿旗下，还是高端品牌的康莱德酒店。淡季关闭了康莱德自己的游泳池，订酒店的时候也没说明，只留了一张酒店游泳池暂时关闭，只能使用希尔顿酒店游泳池的条子。等过了写好的日期后，又留一张条，继续关。早饭也是在希尔顿那边吃，床的大小还没有希尔顿的宽。酒店服务人员态度也是很恶劣，坑客户没商量，第一次见识这种诬赖客户损坏物品的酒店，这就是完全不希望有回头客的意思呗。一间房比希尔顿贵好几百块，结果其他的都用的希尔顿的设施，服务还这么差，那么贵的这部分体现在哪里？住了这么几十家希尔顿，从来没有这么差的体验。住这家康莱德，还不如住隔壁希尔顿。

酒廊没开经过之处都有点小失望，前台穿Polo上班好舒服的办公，总机接听电话态度高傲的很，一位女士，忘记问称呼了！去康体溜达了一圈态度不错，就是三个人围在前台聊天，健身器械很全。最窝心的是回到房间客房打扫各处细节满满，觉得是全场最佳，睡衣摆在床边等…走的时候问了一下客房阿姨，值得点名表扬，于淑凤，是有用心在做。虽然总机那个大姐真的很下头，下头到有点影响我对富力的印象。

尊敬的酒店管理团队，我最近在大连富力喜来登酒店度过了一段美好的时光，我想借此机会向您们表达我的深深感激。这次住宿体验中，餐饮部和员工JIMLAN给我留下了非常深刻的印象。首先，我要赞扬一下酒店的餐饮部。他们的早餐真的是太棒了！无论是新鲜出炉的面包、各种口味的咖啡还是精致的糕点，都让我一试难忘。食物的味道鲜美，份量适中，而且服务员总是笑容满面地为我们提供服务。我尤其喜欢他们的自助餐区，那里有各种各样的食物选择，让人眼花缭乱。总之，我对这里的早餐和服务都非常满意。其次，我要特别提到员工JIMLAN。他是我们用餐期间的服务员，他的服务态度非常专业、友好，而且总是能及时解决我们的问题。他的热情和耐心让我感到非常温暖，也让我觉得在这里就像在家一样舒适。总的来说，我对大连富力喜来登酒店的餐饮部和员工JIMLAN给予高度评价。我相信这也是其他客人和我一样的看法。再次感谢您们的优质服务，期待下次再来！祝商祺，Edward

It's a nice hotel in a good location, very close to the sea and promenade walking. Good service, nice accessories in the room however, not a very big room. The breakfast was very complex, including something for Europeans. In total it's a 4.5 star hotel.

Very nice experience staying in his hotel but the only issue for now is that this is in a “newly” developed area and hence there is little options of local eateries within walking distance. Overall still recommended if you don’t mind taking a taxi, which is cheap in China.

I’ve stayed in a few Hilton Hotels In my experience, Dalian Hilton is very Normal. I went to celebrate my 6th Wedding Anniversary. The trip started with a bad check-in to the hotel where I had to drag all my luggage to the room, there was no one to assist me to find my room or someone to explain to me where my room was located. I had to search for my room myself dragging all my stuff. I asked the front desk for some help. Later I complained and the front desk apologize and send us a fruit plate. The room was nice good not 5-star level maintained. Lack of Amenities very few not all were in the room. Some services were provided in Conrad like swimming pool breakfast. No in-house entertainment for guests. The breakfast service was very good. Excellent staff and guest relations. Not too many but great choices of Western and Chinese dishes. Hats off to the chef. In conclusion, it’s was a good stay. This hotel needs to improve Guest relations and have some in-house entertainment for the guest.

我住过几家希尔顿酒店 根据我的经验，大连希尔顿很一般。我去庆祝我的结婚六周年纪念日。这次旅行开始时办理入住手续很糟糕，我不得不把所有行李拖到房间，没有人帮助我找到我的房间，也没有人向我解释我的房间在哪里。我不得不拖着我所有的东西自己寻找我的房间。我向前台寻求帮助。后来投诉了，前台道歉，还给我们送了果盘。房间很好，没有维持五星级水平。缺乏便利设施，房间里的设施很少，并非全部都在。康拉德酒店提供一些服务，例如泳池早餐。不为客人提供室内娱乐活动。早餐服务非常好。优秀的员工和宾客关系。西餐和中餐的选择不多，但都很棒。向厨师致敬。总之，这是一次很好的住宿。这家酒店需要改善客户关系并为客人提供一些内部娱乐活动。
