1. 隔音非常差，整晚一直聽到別間房開關門聲音，還有拖行李與其他客人的聲音2. 洗澡時，水流了五分鐘都還沒熱，請飯店人員協助確認。結果師傅一上來就表示要再多流一下水才會熱，還說整棟飯店就你一個人反應熱水不熱。後來師傅進來調了調，又過了快十分鐘水才變熱，不知道是樓層低，熱水供給比較慢還是什麼原因，洗個澡居然要等10分鐘才有熱水之前出差都選擇華住會的飯店居住，但此次在CitiGO的服務人員態度口氣都不是很親切，下次不會再選擇入住此飯店

前台服務很好，還給我升級了， 距離地鐵站，星海廣場很近，晚上還有免費的雞湯雲吞可以吃，房間很體貼床邊還有電話支架， 非常好的體驗，下次還會訂

The CityGo hotel in Dalian is a great location for first time visitors - especially for singles, couples or on a business trips.The modern style comes with all amenities you need for a shorter stay. Be aware that the rooms are not soundproof, so you will hear all noices and talks from other hotel guests from the hallway. The best feature is the rooftop bar on top of the hotel with breathtaking view.I would definitely stay here again!

大连CityGo酒店地理位置优越，非常适合初次到访的游客，尤其是单身人士、情侣或商务旅客。酒店风格现代，设施齐全，满足您短期入住的需求。需要注意的是，房间隔音效果不佳，您会听到走廊里其他客人的谈话声和噪音。酒店最大的亮点是顶楼的屋顶酒吧，拥有令人叹为观止的美景。我一定会再次入住！

I would not recommend this hotel to Western travelers. While the location is somewhat attractive (next to a large square and the Fisherman’s Wharf), the rest of what the hotel offers is subpar. The rooms (even the larger ones) are small, the bathrooms is a glass cabin structure within the room itself, there are limited toiletries, breakfast offers little more than boiled eggs and selected fruits, and the overall condition of the hotel does not match 4* standards.

我不会向西方游客推荐这家酒店。虽然酒店位置还算不错（毗邻一个大广场和渔人码头），但其他方面都差强人意。房间（即使是较大的房间）也很小，浴室是房间内的一个玻璃隔间，洗漱用品有限，早餐只有煮鸡蛋和一些水果，酒店的整体状况也达不到四星级酒店的标准。

The hotel is very nice and clean! The service is very very very good! The staff team is very supportive & helpful. They helped us call taxi, and provided many convenient things. The hotel location is also great. Its near xinghai square and can walk to the beach to see the bridge.

酒店非常漂亮干净！服务也超级棒！员工非常热情周到，帮我们叫了出租车，还提供了很多便利。酒店位置也很好，靠近星海广场，步行即可到达海滩欣赏大桥。
