Earlier it was a good hotel but now it’s Worst Hotel.No service, drainage system in bathroom is choking up.So horrible.Water spreads everywhere in bathroom, can’t take bath.

以前是个好酒店，但现在是最差的酒店。没有服务，浴室排水系统堵塞。太可怕了。浴室里水到处都是，无法洗澡。

I am probably the most experienced client of this hotel since I have been living there for 3 years. I was staying for work. When I arrived the staff could barely speak English in the whole hotel and at the end only few people were able to speak very basic stuff (still could tell you that your deposit wasn't enough). As one of the best client (I was living in the suite at almost 1000 rmb per night...) I really felt that they absolutely didn't care about me! I have tons of bad experiences in this hotel that I could have wrote a complete book about it (could be funny though, still thinking about it). Service is the worst thing but it's not the only problem. Internet is incredibly slow and sometimes doesn't work. The water sometimes cold and in winter the whole hotel is completely freezing, just unbelievable (got 16 degrees in my room, I even took a picture of the digital indicator). If you are staying more than few days you have to know they will not clean your room (they will pretend they do), they only clean (more or less) between two different guests. They made me pay a towel because I made a small stain on...are you kidding me???? I saw the guy in charge of the swimming pool peeing in the shower of the fitness room several times lol (don't know if I should have laughed or cried though). However I still have good memories there and some people of the staff were very nice and trying to help. The point is, you aren't expecting that kind of service from a five or four stars hotel. Overpriced, what you pay is not what you get. If you are foreigner and can't speak Chinese you do not want to go there...

洗漱用品用完之后给服务人员打个电话，他会马上给送过来，而且速度都是很快的。设施各方面的环境也都挺好的，床睡觉的时候特别舒服，我个人比较喜欢这样的床。从饮食到居住都很好，餐饮挺到位的，价位不是太高，而且餐厅的环境也还行，比较舒适，看上去很有档次，而且在大连市的话位置是有点偏，周边交通也都挺好的，开车很方便。

One of biggest hotel in Wafangdian- industrial 🏭 part of Dalian. Approximately 1h drive from downtown if low traffic. Decent room standard, after many years I experienced faster check out 👍. Good breakfast 🍳 mostly Chinese cuisine what perfectly fits. WiFi was lousy in my room. Bathroom 🚽 bit old and some places moulded in shower 🚿 and broken marble desk of sink.

瓦房店最大的酒店之一 - 大连的工业🏭部分。如果交通流量较少，距市中心约 1 小时车程。房间标准不错，多年后我体验到更快的退房👍。早餐很好🍳主要是中国菜，非常适合。我房间里的无线网络很糟糕。浴室🚽有点旧，有些地方的淋浴间🚿已经模压，水槽的大理石桌子也坏了。

白黄色系的整体色调，房间感觉会比较温馨。酒店的容积很大，客房面积会很大。并且卫生还可以，客房清扫比较得体。但是有给酒店前台打电话，服务员在接电话时会比较不耐烦，感觉不太专业，或许是因为城市比较小的缘故，服务员的接待能力有限。不过它的位置还可以，高层建筑都在瓦房店的世纪广场这边。只是性价比不太高，价位比较高，感觉会有点贵。还有它的房间比较小，和五星级有些差距，家具沙发布局的比较紧凑一点，我本身比较高比较胖一点，走在屋子里会比较的费劲。。

The other reviews are not very good, but it must have been improved a bit, as we were okay with it. Breakfast had Western as well as Chinese. Room was comfortable, except for the AC not cooling. We opened the window (on the 15th floor) which was okay.||We liked strolling around a few blocks, looking at shops, even the little ones. Perfectly safe area.

Stayed in the hotel for about a week for my business trip. Well the hotel rooms are ample, big bathrooms and noise free.|As for the amenities all the toiletries were there too.|Cons are:|No English speaking or understanding staff. So get a translator for Chinese. Be aware Google doesn't work in China. So get offline version.||On TV there was no English channel. ||Overall the hotel is nice.

由于出差，在酒店住了大约一周。嗯，酒店房间宽敞，浴室很大，而且没有噪音。|至于便利设施，所有洗漱用品也都有。|缺点是：|没有会说英语或懂英语的工作人员。所以找个中文翻译吧。请注意，谷歌在中国不起作用。所以获取离线版本。||电视上没有英语频道。 ||总体来说酒店不错。

酒店挂的是五星的牌，客房质量还不错，该有的东西都比较齐全，早餐也还算丰富。在当地来说，是最好的酒店了，当然价格相对来说也就不便宜。位置就在市政府旁边，对面就有一个大商场，周围吃饭的地方也蛮多。
