The hotel is comfortable and the staff is very polite. They speak pretty good English and there was no problem about it. The cleanliness of the hotel is great and we do not have any complaints. The first day the maid surprised us with flowers and apples. Very beautiful gesture. Breakfast is great, very large selection of Chinese and European dishes, and I especially liked fruit. We were not hungry :) The flowers in the hotel are fresh and wonderful. All praise, especially for the maids.

酒店很舒适，工作人员很有礼貌。他们的英语说得很好而且没有任何问题。酒店的清洁度非常好，我们没有任何抱怨。第一天，女仆用鲜花和苹果给了我们一个惊喜。非常美丽的姿态。早餐很棒，中式和欧式菜肴的选择非常多，特别喜欢水果。我们不饿:) 酒店里的花很新鲜，很漂亮。所有人都称赞，尤其是女仆。

这家酒店在开发区这边是数一数二的，但是就同样的价位来说，广州那边的酒店装修设施就比这边好。标间打完折后四五百，原价好像是六百多吧。马桶是日本的，电视太小，服务和卫生挺好的，挑不出毛病来。位置是开发区最核心的地方。我感觉五星酒店应该靠山靠水的，不该在闹市区里，这样环境档次就降低了，可能别人喜欢交通便利吧，我感觉比较一般。边上购物倒是方便，边上有超市。

The Karren Hotel is an excellent choice for your time in Kaifaqu as it is on the Jinma Lu, the main street of the Development Zone, close to more than half a dozen major shopping malls (including iMall, AnSheng, Mykal, and the new Wanda Mall), the incredible restaurants of Hongmei, Xiao Chu Street, and the malls, and the adult fun zone called Five Colour City. The price is low for a hotel this great. The restaurant and the bar in hotel are first rate.

.I stay in this hotel in April 2016. Very warm place to stay with great and hospitable team|| Reception team taking every costumer very series and provide great attitude and try to help with Chinese translation when needed. ||I stay on 4th floor 2 room apartment. The room is clean. There is a small kitchen and room with laundry machine. || Room service is on daily basis, so every day you have new tooth brush, soap, shampoo and bottled water in bathroom.||Hotel located in good location in center of DDA Dalian 5 minutes from markets, Walmart, electronic stores and 5 color city . || There is a very nice lady that responsible for costumer relationship. Her name is Maple Lu ([email protected]) and she is very responsible and want that every guest fill comfortable in KERREN hotel.||The breakfast is diverse so guest from Europe or US will have a nice breakfast.||Definitely will visit on my next trip to Dalian

Last month I stayed Kerren hotel in Dalian, China. That was a business trip and my first vist to China. From Thailand flight connection is not so good and Hong Kong one stop by CX. Dalian arrival time was 22:00, so traffic condition is good and get the hotel in 30 min. Next day and final day to the airport was also not so bad, very different from Thailand, Indonesia and India. Hotel check in was not smooth, but OK. There’s a welcome fruits on the table, but didn’t eat. Room minibar and in a refrigerator there were a lot kinds of drink and snacks, but never took this time. Free Wi Fi were available and could get Facebook, Safari search and Line use. I heard China had several access limitation, but could use this time. Free 2 bottles of water every day. Quick hot water for shower and bath tub(but very shallow).Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfasts were inclusive and good. Last morning I walked along the course recommended for expecting to see and join Tai chi practice, but couldn’t. Maybe too late. There were a lot of Japanese restaurant along the course and I missed. The Chinese dinner before the day was not so good, but I had enjoyed a conversation with new friends. The traffic to the airport was not so bad. I had a good impression on Dalian. I will come back again for fun, sightseeing next time.

上个月我住在中国大连的凯伦酒店。那是一次商务旅行，也是我第一次访问中国。从泰国出发的航班连接不太好，香港则经国泰航空一站。到达大连的时间是22:00，交通状况良好，30分钟即可到达酒店。第二天也是最后一天去机场的情况也还不错，与泰国、印度尼西亚和印度有很大不同。酒店入住不太顺利，但还好。桌上有欢迎水果，但没吃。房间迷你吧和冰箱里有很多饮料和零食，但这次没有带。提供免费 Wi-Fi，可以使用 Facebook、Safari 搜索和 Line。我听说中国有几个访问限制，但这次可以利用。每天免费2瓶水。淋浴和浴缸的热水很快（但很浅）。舒适的床和枕头。早餐很丰富而且很好。昨天早上，我沿着推荐的路线行走，希望能看到并参加太极拳练习，但未能成行。也许为时已晚。沿途有很多日本餐厅，我错过了。前一天的中餐不太好，但我很享受和新朋友的交谈。去机场的交通还算不错。我对大连的印象很好。下次我还会再来游玩、观光。

The Kerren hotel is on the Jinma Lu or main street of Kaifaqu or the Development Zone of Dalian, a great location close to amazing shopping and also Five Colour City, which is a little like New Orleans but with more Chinese food. The hotel is very clean, efficient, has excellent restaurants, and puts on an excellent buffet for special events.

凯伦酒店位于金马路或开发区或大连开发区的主要街道上，地理位置优越，靠近令人惊叹的购物中心和五彩城，它有点像新奥尔良，但有更多的中餐。酒店非常干净、高效，拥有一流的餐厅，并为特殊活动提供一流的自助餐。

I spent one night in Dalian on a business trip. We stayed in this Kerren hotel. They spoke enough English at the check-in counter. The bed was reasonable although slightly hard. The breakfast buffet was very good. When I come back I expect I will stay here again

A great hotel, not huge, in a great place, on the Jinma Lu of Kaifaqu, Dalian, close to the big malls (AnSheng, Mykall, iMall), Five Colour City, and the Hongmei district, so there are lots of great restaurants nearby, as well. Five minutes to the cinguay or local train, connecting to downtown and to Jinshitan. Fancy restaurant on the first floor and a good bar on the second.

很棒的酒店，不是很大，位置很好，在大连开发区金马路，靠近大商场（安盛、麦凯尔、iMall）、五彩城、红梅区，所以有很多很棒的餐厅附近，也一样。距 cinguay 或当地火车 5 分钟路程，连接市中心和金石滩。一楼有一家高档餐厅，二楼有一家不错的酒吧。
