发现王国度假酒店

Service and environment are good, but audibility between rooms is very high. My room located next to elevators, and every time somebody use it, elevator makes very strong and high sound, so there's no way to have a nap in a daytime. Despite on the price of my room wasn't the lowest on, I didn't get any discount for entering Discoveryland amusement park, and at the reception they explained me they could provide some discount if there were two persons in the room, but I was alone... kinda ambarasing situation. This hotel is not so good choice for a single staying.

服务和环境都不错，但是房间之间的听力非常高。我的房间位于电梯旁边，每次有人使用电梯时，电梯发出的声音很大很大，所以白天根本无法午睡。尽管我的房间价格不是最低的，但我没有得到任何进入Discoveryland游乐园的折扣，在接待处他们向我解释说，如果房间里有两个人，他们可以提供一些折扣，但我独自一人……有点尴尬的情况。这家酒店对于单人入住来说不是一个好的选择。

从快轨金石滩站出来，可以乘坐5元一位的巴士到发现王国，就路过酒店。下车往回走一点就到酒店了。我发现好多人都是跟我一样冲着这个活动来的。到四月底，酒店480一晚，送双人两日内不限次数入园，同行的1.2m以下的儿童是免费入园的。而且这个价格包含了自助早餐。从5～6月底之前，价格就变成680了。酒店房间很舒服，很大，床的软硬适中，枕头也很舒服，空调很暖和，热水也不错。甚至洗漱用品都特制了卡通的盒子，很有特点。浴室是那种防止积水的设计，很赞。拖鞋和浴袍也蛮舒服的。虽然前台能保证4～5名工作人员，但是check in&check put的速度都很慢，这个和四星级的酒店真不匹配。还有就是早餐，通知是7:00～9:00供应，我8:00去的，还要等位置，而我吃完出来8:40门口等位置的人都排长队了。这个可能是酒店对自己的受欢迎程度预估不够，必须要改进啊！再有就是酒店的餐厅，菜品种类真的不多，而发现王国5:00就关门了，周围根本没有就餐的地方，建议酒店增加餐品种类。我们在餐厅吃完饭，看到有人叫了KFC的外卖，这倒也是个办法。

非常好的度假酒店，建在发现王国边上，走过去只有4-5分钟。去这个酒店必须买包价票两大一小，两天游览。可以做船入园。省去了门口大多人拥挤。房间很大，网络免费。很多卡通的备品。质量很好，房屋收拾的很干净，去的时候满房需要很久才能入住，一般都是把行李放到礼宾部，然后去发现王国去玩，回来房间就会准备好。酒店的餐厅很好吃，特别是晚上的花园烧烤，去的时候烤扇贝无敌了。

酒店是大连发现王国的配套酒店，入住酒店就能２天内不限制次数进出发现王国，挺超值。酒店不是特别的好，不过该有的设施都有了，早餐还可以，自助式，选择性比较多。卫生做得不错，服务员的态度还行。

We drove to the Hotel from Shenyang City in May 2012.||I am Birtish, but have lived in China for two years and understand most customs and do not expect a replica of American or European service and feel at home with the Chinese way of life.||My wife is Chinese ,we have a 2 year old and the couple we were with are also Chinese with their 4 year old daughter.||We picked this Hotel for both its location to Discovery Land (Its owned by them) and the beach. It is ideal just a very short walk to both. The bonus been you get 2 day unlimited passes to Discovery Land. A two to three day stay in Dalian is just right!||On arrival there seemed to be a queue at reception, the staff appeared hot and bothered and it took about an hour to book in with two couples infront of us.||The rooms in the Hotel are themed, Chinese, Western and Japanese.Now the Chinese like to try different things and our friends picked the Japanese style room. You can seen on the photos it appears devoid of funishings, you sit on the floor and the bed is hard! Do not pick this room if you are Western unless you like hard beds and sitting on the floor!||We went for the western style room and it was a good size the bed was comfy, the living area was nicely furished with plasma tv and internet access free.||The bathroom was very good with a bath, washand basin, doored shower and toilet.||.A good view over the courtyard with a fountain that lit up at night.||The room was clean when entering, but was not cleaned for two days and we ran out of toilet roll forcing me to ask for some.||We were enjoying our stay in Dalian and decided to stay an extra day, but i was forced to ask the cleaning staff to clean our room, which had not been touched for two days.||They then miss placed a small hand towel which the cleaning manager accused me of taking! I explained in my best Chinglish it was on the service trolley outside the room.||I decided to take no chances and then asked for the mini bar to be removed, which they did.||The breakfast at the hotel was a cold buffet of 2 star standard with coffee in a small cup.They also did hot fried eggs and mini sausages and noddles. Very average to poor.Both from a Chinese point of view and an English point of view||We had some great to fantastic seafood meals out and about which Dalian is know for and very inexpensive.||You give your fingerprint in the Hotel for your Discovery Land pass, but on arriving at Discovery Land both ladies fingerprints would not register. We were left feeling like criminals while they checked with the Supervisor.Lucky we had our passports with us.||We were late back from Discovery Land and tired from walking all day and so decided to eat in the Hotel restaurant on the second day. It took 20 minutes to order the food in Chinese. If you were ordering in English you would have just pointed to the picture of the dish and hoped for the best! Trust me, you would have not known what you had just ordered. ||I found one member of staff at reception who could speak English. I am not saying the staff should all be able to speak the English language, but communicating in Chinese seemed to have its problems too!||The food was hotel prices, expensive. However it was a surprise and very good indeed. Worth the hassel....yes ok it was.Totally yummy and completely different to the average to poor breakfast.||The hotel facilities were great and the western room was good. The hotel looked good inside and out.||But they have real service problems. ||We had enjoyed our stay despite the odd communication problem which was theirs not ours.||But the final nail in their coffin was when we came to pay the bill at the end.|| They accused me of stealing the mini bar! ||They began to raise their voices as i suggested they speak to the service manager and sort the problem out.||After half an hour they discovered it was their mistake and I had asked for the bar to be cleared.||Sorry seems hard to say in Chinese.||Meybe they think i stole the toilet rolls too.||I had my wife, daughter and friends with me so i was not going to get mad or raise my voice!||But, had I been on my own i would not have paid the bill at all and been happy to wait for the police to arrive.||Twice this hotel misplaced items and twice they accused me of theft!||If they want international customers at this hotel, they need to clean up their act on the service front.||Poor communication skills and poor service is not tollerated by decent people and to be accused of theft twice is not acceptable behaviour.||if you cannot speak Chinese then better not stay here!||lucky for them i am an easy going English guy with a sense of fun. ||As an ex police officer of 30 years service and a well travelled guy, it might have been an interesting experience to explain why I had stolen the hand towel, mini bar and tried to sneak my Chinese wife into Discovery Land!||I can see all my Chinese police friends diving for cover right now! Who..no ,never met him!

这个酒店有很多不同的房间，有中式西式日式的，当然还有主题房间，适合各种需求的人。酒店装修典雅大方，尤其是卫生间的设计特别好，卫生更是干净，当然他的设施也是一流的，酒店想的特别周到，配备非常齐全，拖鞋很有特点也很舒服，哈哈总是就是好好好好好

酒店的房间很干净明亮，条件也不错，尤其是拖鞋蛮好的。最主要的是离发现王国很近！非常近！并且住宿送发现王国门票，可以两天不限次数进出，太爽了。发现王国还是很刺激的。酒店离海滩也不远，可以去逛逛。海滩那里有快艇，可以到海里去看看，快艇可以杀价！

位置可谓是鸟不生蛋，周围连个超市都没有，极其不方便，入住以后感觉硬件也就三星或者还不如，老式磁卡的门卡，跟连锁酒店一样发早餐券，汗，只有有线网，自带了路由器找工程部的人来，看着我的说明书折腾了一小时都没上了无线网，他走以后我自己两分钟之内搞定，您是专业么大哥？酒店找的什么人呀？最不能忍受的是居然连健身房游泳池都没有，实在太差了
