酒店环境较好，因为有绿植的点缀显得很有生机，看起来很舒适。房间面积较大，不像当地其他的快捷酒店转身都困难，房间卫生很干净。早餐品种较多，也比当地其他酒店的品质要高，餐厅的环境很漂亮，简约、大气。很好的酒店，下次出差还会选择。

I have been in China for 8 mos and traveled extensively. It is the policy of all hotels in Fushun City [a third tier city of over two MILLION people] in NE China (Manchuria) to not allow their systems to do a routine normal American Express or MasterCard charge unless it is a Chinese bank card! Even in big cities such as Shanghai, it is sometimes a challenge at small hotels and most restaurants. Here in Fushun to use my MasterCard at a prominent department store for a 9,000 rmb purchase took about 45 minutes and lots of [--] paperwork, department management approval and stamping with Chinese script in RED ink....someday in the next ten years I believe China will become a more developed country and streamline and eliminate the hand stamping of EVERYTHING. Maybe not, because a lot of folks would have to change jobs or be unemployed. Otherwise this hotel, is of very reasonable cost and very good. Clean, nice bathroom, flat screen TV and working internet broadband. We stayed in a business "A" room on 6th floor for 7 nights, my last before returning to the USA. Without good language ability or a local guide or friend it might be hard to locate, but one can make online reservations, and if you print things out and show taxi driver, maybe he can get you there. Most of staff speak no English, but they are all very nice and a young lady with whom I used a lot of sign language and pointing, helped me with air-conditioning, extension cord, electric socket adapter and connection to internet [after 20 minutes of trying I did a restart and that cleared the problem]. There are stores right here, and a china post office as well as a Bank of China right next door. NOTE: In regard to ATM use, generally one must use BOC, as Bank of Fushun, the Construction Bank, Agricultural Bank and other local institutions will not connect for a normal withdrawal from USA bank. It takes some doing but if you need more than the 2500 rmb daily ATM limit go to BOC and find a mid-grade manager who speaks some English. If it is between 9am and 3pm he can use a non-ATM Machine procedure and get the money you need. I was pleased that in 20 minutes my guy a few days ago got me 14,000 rmb in "one fell swoop" [American slang/Idiom meaning completed in one period of activity and efficiently] and he did it right as a cash withdrawl from a checking account and not as a cash "advance" on my combination ATM/Visa card from my bank, as I feared he might. There was a fee of 450 yuan or about $70 but I did not mind that. Cheers .

总体来讲还可以，电梯不好，就一个，停车位不多，有的时候入住根本找不到停车位，我住的地方窗户不能完全打开，电视信号质量不怎么好
