Service was great the property is new nice and modern the abundance of fresh fruit and vegetables at the executive lounge and breakfast was refreshing. Check in and check out was efficient and quick. |The bed was comfortable and shower was ok. |Two main issues i had was the AC in the room and common areas didn’t function well it was hot. I couldn’t call the service line the phone in room didn’t work so sent them a message on the app they sent the technician but like always they come and make themselves as if they are doing something but its just for show. They started to explain to me that the temperature in the room is good he likes it that way. Maybe he should also pay for the stay if he likes it so much. The phone they didn’t even try to fix. My stay was extremely uncomfortable because of the temperature throughout the hotel. This usually happens in spring and fall when they close the AC for a month but in summer i never had this outside temperature was 35 Celsius |AC in summer is as nasic as bed and shower

Clean and neat lobby, and dining area||Deplorable:|None.|| It would be good if hotel front desk smile and look more friendly. This is one of the areas the hotel should look at. Generally, the hotel is worth the money, buy the friendliness of hotel staff could be better. However the hotel looks classy with the aopliances and equipment used that gives the luxurious touch.

I had a memorable stay at this hotel, all thanks to the lounge food that gave me a VIP pass to the bathroom. This is the third time someone in our group has fallen victim to the infamous "Shenyang Shuffle," so we're officially done rolling the dice here. But hey, if you're looking to shed 10 pounds faster than you can say "detox," this might just be your spot! On the upside, the bidets were lifesavers, giving my backside the royal treatment during the whole ordeal. And shoutout to the room service robot for keeping me hydrated like a champ—at least their tech game is on point!

The hotel is nicely located in the city center. Room is reasonably maintained. Price is affordable. But the service is very poor. Recognition to Marriott loyalty program is far below average per mainland China standard.|My story was a sad one. In one night of my stay, I and my wife were about to sleep, the light in room magically broke and could not be shut down. I tried to call their service line which was very hard to get through in mid night. The service staff insisted to send people to my room to try to 'repair' without any consideration about privacy and wellbeing of customers. I had to accept it because I could not sleep while the light was on... The first young man came to my room didn't have any knowledge to fix it at all. It was so clear that 'fix' was simply not the purpose for him to step in my room at mid night. He walked around just to verify the problem I reported was indeed true. Then he sent the second man in, tried various times, and finally fixed it. After that, the service staff expressed a 'superficial' sorry without any sincere. For example, he asked if I needed to switch room. It was an ironic offer in a mid night after the light was fixed... I asked him to help make appointment with his manager tomorrow morning. He confirmed firmly. Tomorrow morning, I waited in room on time. I even tried to adjust my schedule for that. But there was no call at all. After my query, someone in the hotel called me and told me that the manager who I was supposed to make appointment with was on vacation! I asked if anyone along the management chain could just return me a call. The answer was there was nothing she could do about it. All the feeling I had (and mostly likely it is just the truth) was 'be it. we don't care'.|Besides the terrible service, there are several other ironic things in the hotel. For example, they offer only 1 piece of instant coffee to a room with 2 people; the sound proof of room door is simply close to 0, etc. |The management team of the hotel simply successfully turned a nicely located property into a terrible hotel for customers.

This was a fantastic experience. The hotel is located close to key locations, and getting a didi was super ease.| |Check-in was super efficient and fast. I was immediately recognized as a member and upgraded to a corner room. Bed was super comfortable, everything worked great. ||The rooms were spotless, super clean, as well as he whole hotel. English was spoken. Breakfast had a lot of different food, all good. ||What made the experience even better was the executive club and its manager, Cassie Wang, was amazing, even though the lounge was busy she did an amazing job to take care of everyone, to make you feel value and great. She made the whole experience amazing. ||The only negative is that the room was a little hot, but all the other things were so amazing, that it didn't matter. ||This is a solid, amazing hotel and you cannot go wrong.

My first time in this hotel and hotel brand. I was very impressed. The room was very spacious and clean. Fresh new towels every day. The food at breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice for all travellers from around the world. It looked as if this hotel was used by some airlines as there were flight crew and captains at breakfast every day which is a good sign. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Parking was easy even though traffic outside was a little hectic during the week. The hotel is very centrally located so excellent if you want to have a walk around the city and walk back. I would recommend and would return again.
